I had a panel upgrade. It went well except for one plug that was the wrong amp. Easy fix. Professional and reliable.

Very professional work

There were some minor problems with the installations - a leaking faucet (brand new faucet installed by Magic), and another brand new faucet that had the cold side quit working a day after they installed new feeder lines. However, in each case, Magic quickly sent a plumber out to fix the issues. Overall, they installed 3 new faucets, two new toilets, and four new sinks. We'll have them out again to put in a water line for our new refrigerator/freezer's ice maker, as soon as the appliance arrives.

Great experience: the whole process was professional and expeditious. The electrician was respectful, knowledgeable, and did a great job.

Needed to have a water softener loop and drain installed with associated replumbing of outside faucets and kitchen main (these have to remain "hard"). Very fast and professional. Great price

They showed up when they said they would and cleaned everything up before they left. They even took my garbage can out to the road for me, without being asked! I'm very happy with the work they did and I plan to call them in the future for any electrical work that needs to be done in my home.

I think they did fine work, but the pushy up selling looking for other work under the premise of delivering 5 star service. If they didn't try to look for other work before taking care of the job requested they would have a 5 star review

I needed a water softener, installation and they needed to take out the hot water tank to install it. Gary came on time and surveyed the area. He went to van and came back in with a quote; $600 to take out water heater and reinstall. Then the water softener, which I looked up on line at a retail cost from Home Depot of $389, and the labor was going to cost $1745.00! That is $1356.00 in labor. Total labor for this job was going to cost $1956.00 (which was done in 5 hrs which would have been $400@hour!) I argued this and Gary called the boss(?) Dave. Dave would not listen but continually talked over me. He did eventually give me a $650 credit off the bill, which put my labor at $1306 for 5 hrs =$261.50 per hour! I would not recommend this company for the fact that they try to really gouge you for labor - they do it by line item. I find that totally ridiculous price. Gary did a great job, but the company is not honest.

Pricie but good work

The techs were quick and efficient and quickly solved some perplexing electrical problems I was having, restoring power to outside and inside outlets and a light fixture. Also they quickly diagnosed a loose connection issue in the master bedroom that caused the overhead light and multiple outlets to sporadically stop working. They also did a breaker panel inspection and check to determine if all the breakers were working properly and were secure and that the panel was all safe and sound. I am well pleased and the cost was less than I expected. There were no attempts to push any work, which some companies have done with me in the past, so I was duly impressed with the integrity.
