mattresses
 + -1 moreThe set up was fine, but the mattress began causing us great discomfort after a year. We talked with the sales representative and he called an independent inspector to come look at the mattress. It took several weeks and many phone calls to finally get the inspection performed. The inspector came and spent less than five minutes looking at the mattress then said there was nothing wrong. He called the manufacturer and they told me that the mattress lived up to manufacturer's specifications and that we would have to wait another ninety (90) days to file another claim. I called Macy's back and they said they would look into it and that was the last I heard.
Description of Work: Sold us a Sealy Mattress and set it up in our home.
