There was always something that was left undone and I'd have to call and register my concerns. A trainee was a part of the team on every house cleaning. I have no issues with training someone on the job as long as the supervisor goes behind and checks the work-this was not done. The first schedule services was a disaster. The crew walked out leaving and entire bank of wood blinds dirty. I called the owner and she came out to the house. She could see that the work was not performed and asked for another chance. I let them come back for the next 5 months, giving the crew every opportunity to do it right and without fail something was left undone each time - baseboards not cleaned, mirrors, light fixtures, furniture not cleaned. The next to the las time the huge picture behind the couch was left undusted and it was obvious. When I called the supervisor I was told that it wasn't cleaned because my husband was sitting on the couch. I told her that all she had to do was to ask him to move and he would have gladly complies. Under the beds and furniture was NEVER vacuumed. The other issue was that I was told that the same crew out come to the house EVERY time and that didn't happen. When I first looked them up on Angie's list they had an a rating and now they have a B and now I know why. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have found another service that is outstanding. I wish I could name them, but I don't feel that would be the right thing to do.

She comes every week. I paid them but they did not do everything. They come 2 people but it is not worthy 200$. They were not punctual, they were late. They left early and i do not think i will use them again.

I have been using Lucy's Spotless Cleaning for about 2 1/2 years. They come once a month and clean most of my house (everything except the office and guest room). They do a great job and are alway there when they say they will be. I have had a few times where I have had to move the date and they are always very accomodating. There have only been a couple of times when they had to move the date due to illness and they let me know ahead of time and rescheduled for only a couple of days later. They come when I'm at work and bring all of their own supplies. I don't have much contact with the gals who do the cleaning but when I have had contact with them they are always very pleasant. They leave me a sheet telling me what was done and who did what and lately have been texting me when they leave the house.

My wife & I were very pleased; person who visited to estimate price also was one of cleaners; the 2 person cleaning team was very thorough & professional & pleasant; price not cheap, but fair.

I don't know what happened here, but this is the worst cleaning job I have every had! I've worked with cleaning companies for over 30 years but this was beyond bad. The only thing they did was clean the bathroom shower. The remaining dust was so thick you could write your name in it. The kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned, there were still crumbs and debris in all of the cupboards. The mirrors were filthy. They were supposed to have cleaned our new home so we could move in. The place was disgusting and absolutely not move in ready. Their paperwork said they had done all of this work which was completely untrue. In all fairness, I did call to complain and the owner said they would come back and redo the work. By then the moving company was ready to unload. Furthermore, if they did such a poor job the first time, why would I have them come back? I have since found another wonderful cleaning company that is far superior in quality AND cheaper. If you need house cleaning done, you can certainly find someone better than Lucy's Spotless Cleaning. Don't waste you money, find another company that really does perform.

Exceeds our expectations.

To begin with, the same day that I called for information, one of the owners, John Wylie, came out to my home and gave me a quote to clean my extremely messy home. He was very thorough and totally non-judgmental about my lack of previous housecleaning (we're talking literally years of not dusting the knick-knacks in the living room, never having cleaned the ceiling fan, stained kitchen sink, carpets that hadn't been vacuumed in over a month -- you get the picture). The two house cleaners came out the next business day and did an amazing job of getting my house clean. They were thorough and fast and stayed within the estimated time frame (4.5-5.5 hours). The house really sparkled by the time they were done! Now, if I could just convince my three dogs to help me keep it clean. I am going to have them come out monthly so I can keep this great feeling of coming home to a really clean place.

Lucy's arrives every Thursday morning and promptly start work. They work without any interruptions or breaks for the two hours. They are very professional in their work.
