I got bids from 4 local garage door contractors, so was confident in my final decision to use Legacy! Everyone was great to work with…they were on time…friendly…knowledgeable…honest and did a great job on the removal of our old door and installation of our new one! 100% recommend! Had no idea that a new garage door could improve the overall curb appeal on f our 1983 home as much as it did!

Fast, friendly, courteous and professional. Most companies were slow to contact and bid. They also wanted weeks to install the door. Legacy was very quick to bid which was very reasonable they were able to complete the install in 24 hours.

This is a family owned small business. Not one of the big guys trying to get you to sign on to a long term service agreement. It's one and done. They were precise, and prepared. I am very happy with there work, and would most definitely use them again.

The owner was friendly and took the time to explain what my problem was (broken spring), my options for fixing the door, the expected costs including for a couple of options to further enhance the door's performance and longevity. The cost was what he quoted. He completed the job the same day I asked if he could (Saturday). He also checked the other garage door that I seldom use to make sure it was balanced and operating normally. The final cost was what he quoted for converting to a more robust spring type than what was present.

They put stickers on my wall without permission and I am hoping that it did not ruin my paint.

Spencer was responsive and offered a variety of solutions. The option I choose will bridge the gap between now and when I replace the door. He came back out the next day and had it working no time. His pricing was transparent, fair, and didn’t change after completing the job. Great guy and he’ll be installing the new door when that time comes.

Fan. TASTIC!! fixed our door that wasn't busted beyond repair but everyone else wanted to even look at. All other companies just wanted to replace our door, or quoted us way more than what was necessary. Legacy fixed the door without making us take out a small loan.
