Big kudos to Legacy Garage Doors, LLC. Spencer promptly replaced the remote pad on my garage the same day that the problem arose, saving us added frustration. He was a very professional, knowledgeable and personable young man. He checked the entire triple garage door opening mechanism and performed general maintenance also. I definitely appreciate his speedy attention to our problem. I highly recommend Legacy and will use them for all future door maintenance and repair.

This company was the only one that would come out the day I called for help. I really appreciated the options and help I received. They fixed my door to a level of being functional. I was contacted and prior to arriving I was contacted ahead to be alerted that they were on their way. The arrived when the said they would. The team was very professional and personable. They did a great job, I would highly recommended them and I would hire them again.

The team at Legacy Doors did a fantastic job. They were professional but also personable, which is very refreshing. Well versed in their field, they even took a look at our broken electronic gate and were able to fix it! What I appreciate the most is that not once was any specific garage motor or option pushed on us. We were given 4-5 different routes we could have taken all within a pretty similar price range without feeling pressured to go in any one direction. They invited questions during the initial visit (as well as during the actual instalation) and it was great going into this project with a sound plan. We were instructed on proper upkeep of our new equipment and they cleaned up so well it doesn't even look like anyone was there! I would definitely recommend Legacy Doors for quality work, open and transparent pricing, and overall great customer service.
