We spoke, I told him my budget, and what I needed and by when. Spencer, took action and by noon 8/8/2019 my new garage door is working and installed. Thank you, for everything. Spencer was AWEsome! He called me literally within two minutes of submitting my HomeAdvisor request. He got here in 20 minutes on his way back to his shop and was extremely informative and helpful. He showed me how to do the routine maintenance on my own and offered other ideas. He even sold me a can of lubrication! I will never need another garage door repair person as long as Spencer and Legacy Garage Doors are around! HIGHLY recommended! You can't go wrong.

Spencer called me back not more than 5 minutes after I submitted a request to HomeAdvisor on a late Saturday afternoon, and he arrived within a few hours to replace the broken spring in our garage door. That was on Saturday. On Monday he was back with a new motor for the garage door opener and replaced the entire unit. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and explained all my options thoroughly before letting me make the decision as to which way to go. Plus he tidied up all the peripheral elements that were rather messy from the first installation. He did a great job! I highly recommend him!

Spencer has a great personality is very professional and loves mountain dew voltage so if it is a hot day have some on ice or in the refer lol I saved $150 by removing the old door and all the door tracking I will recommend him to anyone whom needs a garage door or opener replaced or even a garage door opener adjusted thanks for a job well done
