BEST EVER after working with at least 5 different garage door companies in different cities and states! Spencer was remarkably knowledgeable, did fantastic work, honest about the new devices needed, and he provided extremely quick service and communication. Spencer's assistant, Tanner, was also most helpful, and both of them were delightful individuals with whom to interact. I give them my highest recommendation and would definitely call them if I ever needed work done with garage doors. You should too if you want a most professional job! In addition, the new Liftmaster equipment and Spencer's servicing our two "rackety clackety" doors turned them into the quietist garage doors I've ever heard!

A return spring snapped on our garage door during cold weather. I submitted a service request and got a call back within 30 minutes. Legacy was very flexible with our schedule and the repair was done the next day.

Upon contacting Legacy Garage Door service, A representative scheduled doing the work on my garage door early evening on FRIDAY. Quite a surprise when in most cases most people would have been on their way home for the weekend. The work was superior! in addition to fixing the issue he was called to do, he checked out all the mechanism to the garage door opener, oiled points that he felt should be attended to and rolled all the extra work he did into the routine service call. Going forward, I would call Legacy for all my door repairs!! I am a very happy camper!

Did a great job fixing a broke spring, and took the time to go through all of the moving door parts to ensure the door will continue working. The garage door opener sounds like it runs way more smoothly and with less effort than before!

Legacy Garage Doors ,LLC did a great job repairing my doors by replacing the broken springs, but also tuning up and lubricating the door equipment (rollers, chain, hinges) and adjusted the motor pull to match the weight of the doors. Then they checked all the bolts on the tracks and hinges to make sure they were secure. Their work was excellent, above expectations, and they charged a fair price. Spencer Harris, the owner of the company, is a true professional and the man to call.

I felt complete confidence in these guys, the difference on our garage opener was like night and day. Couldn't be happier.

With a 20+ year old garage door opener on our hands, we knew our garage door issue could be very costly. Spencer came out and found the issue to be a broken part within the machine. He quickly repaired and tested the machine. Unfortunately we discovered an unrelated issue with the sensors upon testing. Luckily he had the parts to fix that as well. This saved us the cost of having to replace the whole unit. He worked late into the night without complaint. We felt we could trust his knowledge and repair quality. We will definitely use Legacy again and highly recommend Spencer.
