+ -1 moreNot only was the office staff extremely rude they lied about all their units have a mold I specifically asked that due to health reasons and allergies and was assured that none of them had mold they all have mold in them they are selling them as is you must remove the mold they charge over $600 for a land deposit and refuse to clean the land before you move in so we need garbage filth disease diadem's you are responsible to take care of and they fine you excessively if it's not done in their time frame absolutely horrible experience
Description of Work: They advertised fixer upper units for sale understandably these units needed repairs when asked if any of the units had mold before I entered was assured absolutely not every single unit they are selling has extreme mold issues.
