We had a leak in one of our bathroom vents and it ruined the ceiling around it. Johnny on the Spot came out and did an estimate. They were knowledgeable and professional. We needed the repair done quickly and Johnny accommodated us. They did a wonderful job. They patched the damaged ceiling and blended it perfectly with the rest. They also checked for mold and unseen damage from the water. We would happily hire them again.

We had a sewer line break contained in a depression underneath an older rental house in a crawl space. The sewage had accumulated in a contained depression within the crawl space so it was only as the sewage aged(and 'ripened') did it become identifiable. It soaked into the ground over a couple month's time before discovery. Though I had sumped out most of the liquid earlier it still required removal of solid waste and cleaning. The smell was intolerable. It was difficult to get to as it was in a crawl space with outside access from the back yard. Though there was a little mix up in communications early on(for estimate) due to his mom subing in for a sick employee, the experience was excellent. In a professional manner two workers came as scheduled and removed the excess sewage, power sprayed the area and sprayed a substance to accelerate complete degradation of any remaining matter. The drying fans ran for days afterword. Not surprisingly, the smell took a while to completely resolve but it has. I thought the work was done timely, cleanly, and as promised. The cost was reasonable and consistent with the estimate. No surprises. Yes, I recommend them. I prefer doing things myself but this was worth it.

We had a small coupling on an upstairs toilet fail. Water shot out at a high velocity in the bathroom. The water continued to the upstairs family room and down along the duct work finally coming out the air conditioning vents in the kitchen. The plumber who made the emergency call recommended Johnny and they were fantastic Every single tradesman they sent out as well as their own employees were top notch professionals and the work they did restored our house to pre-flood perfectly. They also successfully worked with our insurance company and our carpet company to make sure that everybody was on the same page... could not be happier with the service.
