I would give Jay a million stars if I could! He was communicative, punctual, is reasonable in his pricing, and an expert in his industry. Jay exceeded mine and my husband's expectations and we couldn't be happier! The job was done on time- early even! His attention to detail is impeccable. He took the time to listen to what what we were looking for and patiently answered all of our questions. He did an amazing job. I was at work while he was here with my husband, he allowed him to ask questions amd gave us advice on what kind of lights would work in different parts of our house. Will definitely recommend and use him again if needed

Jay is fast, efficient and detail oriented. We used his services to help us cut through the mystery of the cryptic wiring in our new (older) house. There were switches that did seemingly nothing and cold outlets/sockets. Additionally we upgraded all our lighting and his installs were perfect. His followup was amazing. We engaged him on a day rate and he (and his team) would be a flurry of activity. When we would discover another problem in subsequent days he would show up immediately to address. He was very transparent about potential costs and walked us through each fix and educated us why he had to do what he was doing. From a customer management perspective Jay is never in a rush to leave. He's very intelligent with an amiable engaging personality that gets to know his customers. He had bigger jobs going on concurrently but always managed to make us feel like his number one priority. Unique in today's market.

Jay Johnson exceeded our expectations and completed the job with ease. He updated our electrical panel, installed low profile lighting throughout our old house, added exterior porch and motion sensor lighting. He even changed out all of the electrical outlets, at my request, when we discovered one had shorted out. We can't believe how much lighting can transform the feel of a house interior and exterior! Jay is fantastic to work with! He had solutions to the project that other electricians couldn't do. He's on time, dependable, and very conscientious! We would hire him again and have refered him to friends and family!

Jay is an outstanding electrician! My husband and I needed to have lights installed in our living room and it looks amazing! He did such a great job that we asked him back to install an outlet for our washer and dryer which works like a charm. Jay is very communicative, professional, personable, and does great work! He arrives on time and is fairly priced. We highly recommend him!
