 + -1 moreWe were doing some gutter work & relied on the gutter company for a recommendation for a roofing repair company. Jack Schwartz spent more time on his proposal than fixing the roof. Of the four items listed on the repair list, he did three. One was not needed (the valley metal was not damaged as he had alleged) and the other (new shingles behind the chimneys) was not visible to me without climbing on the roof. (The gutter repair gentleman did state that the shingles were there but in his opinion where not needed.) The other item (remove and replace damaged shingles) was too much work for him. If he started that process, "he would never finish". This young gentleman needs to step up his game.
Description of Work: Four items were to be completed, as detailed in his slick presentation: 1. Remove and replace damaged shingles. 2. Remove valley metal and nearby shingles. 3. Replace valley metal and shingles. 4. Install shingles behind chimneys.
