Project went as planed with no problems.

I bought the special for $ 49.00 and knowing that this would be a job for no longer than 1 hour. I prepared the site with a step stool and the lamp unboxed with bulbs. I remember it was a rainy day. I told the guy (son of owner what he said) to bring all his tools he needed for the job inside. First he checked out the situation, walked back to his truck he had parked in the driveway and brought one tool with him. He opened the sheet rock wall, went off the ladder each time when dust came out from cutting, waiting till dust settled down and cut again (repeated that ritual several times), walked back to the truck, came back with another tool. Meanwhile I cleaned up the mess he made. I assisted him with hanging up the lamp as well. He walked at least 4 to 5 times to the truck and also started sitting inside of the truck as I observed through the window, I guess talking on his cell at my expenses. In other words, he wanted to get more time $$. out of the job. He had 8 minutes over his hour and told me that costs $90.00 more what he had not told me a the beginning of work. I told him that he has to stay in my house for some more little jobs (light switch etc.) to get paid a second hour and finish work within the second hour. Told him I'm not paying a third hour and ask to control himself with timing. He charged for a light switch cover and some screws twice as much than store prices. Tricky personality and misleading too. Still have unnecessary holes in the middle of the ceiling where he failed to measure correctly. Bye bye for good!
