He did a pretty good job. The price covered everything. The poor guy worked all day long and it was on a day when it was over 100 degrees. It must have been terrible for him but he worked his guns off. He was very thorough regardless of how the job became. My house was bigger than he expected. So when he said he was going to wash the whole side of the house, I don't think he knew what it entailed but he did it regardless. I think probably any other provider would have said they didn't expect that it was going to be so big and would have charged me extra or only done half, but he stuck with it. I figured like he was just trying to build his base but he did it right.

I never got it done. I had a scheduling problem. I had a plumber come out an hour before they were supposed to show-up and the plumber was just about done when they showed up. They told me to kick the plumber out and get the water back on so they could do their work. I told them no, he got an attitude with me and I told him that if he couldn't wait then they could leave. They gathered up their stuff and started to leave when the guy came to my door and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no and they left. They came in and took the time to tell me it was going to cost a bunch extra to do everything. I agreed with them. I think he was frustrated that I didn't want to do my whole house, I told him to do to a certain point, and he had a problem with that.

Called on short notice and they bot new light and got them up in a couple days. The guys were prompt and the job was done right the first time. Would recommend to all of our friends and family.

Mr. Proctor is delightful tto work with. He is prompt, responsive and very thorough. I just moved into a two-story house that was covered with insect webs. Mr. Proctor washed the entire house, and it now almost sparkles. He cleaned the windows and doors, including screens, inside and out. What a difference that made! I am extremely pleased with his work and will purchase a membership package for regular cleaning. I highly recommend Integrity Window Cleaning.

The guys were awesome. They were very professional and personable. They did a fantastic job cleaning all the windows, screens, and tracks in my house. They did such a great job that I had then also pressure wash the exterior of the house as well. I am putting my house on the market and this was the final touch that needed to be done to make it really shine. I was very surprised at what a big difference the clean windows made! I will be calling them in the future for our new house!

Excellent job. My windows had some hard water spots and they cleaned them off. Home look clean and bright. Very professional and fast while still doing a quality job. Plan to have them back annually.

Window washing went well. The "soft" wash for the house siding was definitely "soft". We were hoping for a little better results, but we are living in a new construction area and need something a little tougher. Chisum Proctor (owner & technician) is a very nice young man--polite and very professional.

Got this offer through Angie's List local area deals email which is how we found this service provider. Selected a few dates that would work with our schedule and the owner, Chisum Proctor of Integrity Windows very promptly responded with what day would work for the both of us. Chisum was running just a little late on the date of service but contacted us in plenty of time to let us know so it was not a big deal. Chisum is a very professional, friendly person and was very good to do business with. He explained what was involved with the 'soft' pressure washing and it worked very well. He uses a set of nozzles and detergent for his pressure washer wand that reduces the pressure so as to not do damage to the house siding or the plants and shrubbery around your house. It did an incredible job of cleaning the siding on our home. Chisum also hand cleaned all the windows inside and out and hand washed each screen. He cleaned the window tracks as well. I did add something to the work order which was for Chisum to get up on our roof and clean the top of our 'Solar Tube' , there was a small additional charge for this as well as cleaning the additional windows outside the details of the offer. I think it was an additional 4 windows plus the 'Solar Tube' for $25. We have a single story 1800sq.ft. home. I would definitely recommend and use his services again.

I have some very tall windows on the second floor. He did a good job of cleaning everything inside and out. I have used this company for three years and am satisfied with the quality of work.

He came in checked all windows inside and out then gave the estimate . He moved furniture away from windows. He was so very professional cleaned inside and out until the windows sparkled. I am telling you he went back and forth until windows shined. I am telling you I signed up for quarterly cleaning. I will recommend him to all my family and friends with the business is the best of the best. I certainly will recommend him to all residential and commercial buildings. Gotta try this business.

We scheduled Integrity Window Cleaning, LLC through Amazon Local on a special offer. Chisum, the owner, came to do our windows. He was very nice, professional and did a great job. Actually we now have an appointment to have our house power washed by this company. They haven't been in business, very long which concerned us at first, but we are now comfortable with the company and plan to use them again. They were very accommodating.

We were very happy with Chisum's work. We live in a 1910 house and some of our windows are quite old. Chisum was careful and thorough. He made sure the windows were perfectly clean without damaging the old caulking and trim. Chisum did both upstairs and downstairs windows, including some that were difficult to access. He was extremely polite and professional. You can tell that he takes the quality of his work very seriously. We have already recommended him to several others, and we would absolutely hire Integrity again.

I hired Integrity after seeing some of their work at a church here in Boise. Chisum was professional, worked quickly, and even stopped and talked with my kids. We have a fairly large house and Chisum spent nearly four hours cleaning windows, window tracks, and screens. The work was great!
