INTEGRITY PLUMBING

Dave Tewalt, the main plumber was recommended to me by my parents who use him for everything, and was very responsive, he called back and set up an appointment immediately as there was like a mini flood in the house. He came over later that morning that there was the issue and ran a bunch of tests to find the leak. We couldn't find it again after doing everything imaginable and he said to keep a close eye on it and if it happened again he would come right out! A week later I found the issue, called him and he came right over. Dave not only fixed the problem but also re-worked the drain and p-trap issue to prevent any further issues. I would trust him in my house any time and was very pleased with the work he completed and how fast the issue was resolved.

Their bid was much lower than the other plumbers I called. They were prompt and completed the job quickly. I would use them again.

Water line connection started to leak at the meter.. City came and turned the water off at 8 pm that night.. We were now completely without water... a somewhat desperate situation. Went on line and put out the call on Facebook for recommendations of a good plumber and a friend recommended Integrity Plumbing. I called and left a message with Integrity 1st thing the next morning for Dave to call back. In the mean time I called several other plumbing companies and they were already booked for the day or didn't call back. Dave called back within about 15 minutes and said he would come over to my house that afternoon to take a look. He was very professional and indicated he would rearrange his schedule on some less dire jobs. He called me at work that afternoon, indicating he was at my house and was sure he could fix my problem, but would need to bring in some additional digging help and wondered if he could start work the next morning. That was okay by me so we agreed he would come over the next day and I offered to start clearing out a hole so it would be easier to see the leak and save some money. After digging for about 3 hours of very hard labor I was able to locate the connection and clear a good size hole about 5 ft deep and 3 or 4 foot wide. Dave called me again at work the next morning and indicted he would have to dig out the hole a little bit more and would fix the problem that day. We agreed to have his son do the back fill at half the plumbers rate. Estimated cost would be around $500. Later that afternoon I received a call from Dave and he confirmed that the job was complete. I have never met Dave face to face, as it was difficult for me to get off work during this crisis. Dave was very good to work with and I believe honest in all respects. The price ended up a little more than what I expected, but I believe under the circumstances was fair. Especially since he probably set other jobs to the side to get to my emergency situation. I would use Dave again for any of my plumbing needs.

He did a very good job. He knows his job. He is little on the expensive side but he is worth it. He came and did the work right first time. His attitude and level of service is good. I’m happy with them. I will keep using him until he keeps doing the work fine. He has also worked in my son’s house. I would use him in the future.

I called them and they called back in a few minutes. He met me over there and told me it was the sump pump. He went and got the pump and put it in, the connections were all right there, but he ended up having to work late. He didn't charge me the extra premium that took him past 5 pm, so that impressed me. I recommend him to anybody that needs a good plumber.
