 + 0 moreI stumbled and fell in my kitchen and fortunately I have my new alert system around my neck! I was not able to move so I used my Infiniti Alert system! I live several miles out of town and my son had left for work! The firemen, ambulance and sheriff's vehicles all came! I ended up having a second shoulder surgery on my right arm. I would have laid on the floor for 10 hours without my alert system!

 + 0 moreAs with any security you hope to never use it.We had to last year. I was at work down the road from my house. I received a call saying that my smoke alarm went off. Infiniti Security called the fire department and they were on their way. Nothing was on fire. The blower motor in the furnace seized up and started smoking. The firemen said that had we waited any longer it may have started a real fire. Thank you Infiniti Security for being there when we needed it.

Description of Work: Installed a security system for the house including a wireless video door with intercom. They also installed an additional smoke & heat detector that will automatically contact the alarm company if necessary. We already had smoke detectors in the house but not a heat detector. |There was a menu of options to choose from, such as a CO2 detector, a key fob. |The system uses cell phone technology and can be armed/disarmed and door locked using my smartphone, tablet or PC if I choose. |The work was completed in a professional manner. After I had the system for a few days I found a change I wanted to make and that was provided with no problems. |There is a monthly fee for the monitoring of the system 24/7 and I was able to pay for a year to get a small discount. Also, some insurance companies give a small reduction in homeowner's insurance for an actively monitored system such as this. |
