Impact shows up when they say they will and the applications seem to work well. The guys who do the applications and the sales are very nice. The issue with them is, we asked them to stop the monthly applications and they did not. We have been arguing with them for three months over the bill. They refuse to acknowledge we asked them to stop, even though they did eventually stop coming. They have threatened us with collections for services we repeatedly asked them to stop. Very nasty accounting/customer service people. If you use them, do it on an ad hoc basis and not on a repeated service schedule.

Very personalized, friendly service. Never feel like I'm getting lip service or being treated unfairly. Highly recommend.

Impact came out when we wanted them to. The bug problem was diminished, and they said they would return if we still saw some bugs after a week. Well we did, and they came out right away to give the area anothe treatment, no charge. Prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, dependable, and they back up what they promise.

They're great. I've used them for 5 years now. It's a small locally owned company. They're friendly and timely. If I call them, they will come out straight away.

We have not seen a single bug in our house. Impact uses great products and it works. There are a ton of companies that do pest control so there is a reason that I choose Impact every time, they are very good.
