He was awesome, professional and knowledgeable He listened well and he seemed to have a woman's knowledge versus a man's on household things, mechanics, etc. The house Rick found for me didn't want to wait for me to go back to Colorado to sell my house and hold the house for me, he wanted a deposit. I would definitely use them again when I get ready to sell this house, I want them to represent me. The house seller would pay the commission and not the buyer so it was a free service for buyers and house hunting.

First I should say that I've bought and sold 6 homes over the years and had a real estate agent for each transaction. I have to say, that Julene Webb was simply, the best. I met Julene Webb at an open house. She seemed nice, so I took her card and decided to consider her for my selling agent. I met with three different real estate agents to find the best fit for my needs. I choose Julene and I'm very glad I did. Julene is extremely knowledgeable about the treasure valley real estate market. She is energetic and extremely capable. She did an excellent job pricing and marketing my house. Julene's expertise generated a steady stream of potential buyers in the right target group. Only nine days on the market we had a great offer and were on our way to closing the sale! Julene was also the agent I used to find my next home. She understood what I was looking for and made sure I saw each potential new property as soon as it was available. She did a great job targeting houses that met my needs and preferences. It didn't take long to find that "just right" house that would become my new home. Julene did a masterful job presenting offers and counter offers. She knew just what to do and who to call to take care of every detail. Julene made selling AND buying a pleasure!

Clay Hall stuck with us for over 18 months! We had a hard time selling our home in Phoenix and Clay kept giving us words of encouragement and kept us informed as to the homes available in the Meridian area. He went above and beyond, was very knowledgeable, professional and on top of his game! He was able to answer all our questions about the area, homes sold in the area and was very helpful. I cannot express enough how fantastic Kevin and Vince are. We had our eyes on a property for over 2 years that just wouldn't come to market. Kevin stayed on top of it, called the bank constantly and we were the first to know when it finally came on the market. We made an offer and lost. But Kevin continued to dog the bank and when the first sale fell through, we were in position again and finally bought the property. They absolutely bent over backwards to get this property for us and saved us a lot of money on the deal by not letting us get too excited and offer too high a price. These guys are total professionals who KNOW their market and will always do what's best for their clients!

Awesome! Rick impressed me very much with his knowledge, professional attitude, and astute advice. I'm a single woman in my 60s and he treated me with great respect. He listened well and understood my needs and circumstances. I found these traits to be a pleasant surprise. Excellent. Kevin is a real problem solver and knows his business inside and out. He is able to find solutions and answers to all my questions. It's wonderful to work with an agent who never says "I don't know." Instead, he not only finds out, but then adds the knowledge to memory bank and continues to use it to better perform.
