Very professional & pleasant. Chris was great about staying in touch, he gave a clear estimate, and his crew was focused, quiet, and competent. They left my yard cleaner than they found it. He will not take payment until he's 100% sure that the job has been done right and the customer is satisfied.

Very well - house looks great, roof working as expected. The workers arrived at the expected time every morning and completed on budget.

Idaho Reroof & Repair was one of three companies I had bid a new roof for my home. Chris, owner of Idaho Reroof & Repair, promptly responded to my call and emailed his bid to me that same day. That email was followed up with a written bid via snail mail. I was impressed with Chris's no-nonsense approach and his price was fair. A day was scheduled for the work. Chris and his crew arrived on time. Tarps were laid down to catch any debris. Chris informed me that he had upgraded the new shingles from what had been originally bid at no additional cost to me. The work was completed in a professional manner. The clean-up was very thorough. We couldn't be more pleased with the new roof.

Chris responded right away, and came out to look at the repair required on the roof. He then scheduled a time to come perform the repairs; however, he was delayed in completing another job and came a couple of days later. While the repair was functional, the appearance was marginally acceptable. Chris and his helper (who did all the work) were there approximately an hour, so the $325 he quoted, and we paid seems excessive for the time and marginal quality of the work.

Great! Chris was the contractor sent out by Lowe's. He came out on a Friday night so I could get the bid and purchase before a sale at Lowe's ended. Did the job in 2 days, leaving everything cleaner than he found it. The roof looks great.

Chris sat down with us and went over his estimate to explain all the charges. He explained that some of the plywood would have to be replaced on our roof and that would there would be an additional charge for this depending on the number of sheets, needed. His estimate was a little higher than the other two I received, but he had an uncompromising stand on not doing a lower quality job. I felt that Chris had the ring of honesty and truth. They did the job on time and completed everything they said the would. They were meticulous in cleaning the yard every night. The employees seemed relaxed and happy and were very quick to explain everything they were doing. The quality of the work was perfect. Here is an excellent company who was honest, and delivered as promised. I recommend them highly.

Chris met with us initially for over an hour reviewing our options. On the appointed day the crew arrived and completed the work in the promised time frame (3 days). The foreman, who was a skilled professional, was always on site with an assistant, and Chris stopped by several times to inspect their progress. Once work was completed Chris met with us again to review the results and make sure we were satisfied. Excellent cleanup and beautiful workmanship!

Chris itemized out all the details and didn t hesitate to explain everything included. He was very careful to note all sprinkler heads and consult on the best place to pull up a trailer for debris. They showed up on time to begin the work and only tore off the amount of roof they could cover in the same day. Thank goodness since it snowed that first night! His crew made sure my walkway was clear right at noon every day for the dog walk. Both roofs were finished within the week. They did a great job paying attention to the details including clean up. That foreman really had control of that crew! Towards the end, I pointed out two sections that I wanted replaced and they took care of it immediately. I was also extremely pleased to see Chris onside the final day checking on all the final details. As a female home owner, I can tell you I never felt any condescension or disrespect. Idaho Reroof and Repair is composed of absolute gentlemen displaying true professionalism.
