I am on the budget plan. My bill used to be $179 and it came down to $146. I called and asked them why it hasn't come down further since my consumption is now $58.00 a month. I am still paying $146 a month on the budget plan. There is $88.00 that is supposed to be credited to my account every month. The money isn't being credited. It shows that I owe nothing more but it doesn't show where the extra money is going to either. I called to find out where the extra money is going to. I was told I paid $1489.18 last year. The money they collected from me was $2054.00. The math just doesn't add up. They said they are going on a 16 month billing cycle instead of a 12 month billing cycle.

They get you deep in debt and then keep you that way. They take money that you were paying on the back dated bill and apply it to the new months bill and then they add a month so your bill is huge and its impossible to ever catch up. I would not use this provider if we had another provider we could use we would. We are stuck with this utility company. Budget pay is a false since of security.
