+ -1 moreI called Dwayne and arranged a time to receive and estimate. He arrived promptly and provided a bid. I had received 2 other bids. One was 3x higher than Dwayne's and the other was only slightly higher. I ended up hiring Dwayne and we scheduled the work. He arrived on-time and completed the work in the time he estimated. I felt he was thorough and quickly felt comfortable. Overall we were very pleased with the work. The other guy to give a bid had a nice truck, wore slacks and a button up shirt, and maybe he even would have done SLIGHTLY better work. I don't know. But Dwayne did a great job at an excellent value. We'd definitely hire him again, especially for general construction and framing. We never hired him for other work so I can't attest to his skill at other specialities like finish work or flooring. But what he did for us, he did well.
