Description of Work: I had a door handle fall off. I took the door handle to Home Depot to see if I could get the necessary screw to re-attached the door handle. Terry, in Hardware, looked at my door handle and took a similar one off the shelf and opened the package so we could identify the type of screw needed. After review of the packaged door handle and parts, Terry was able to determine that no screw was needed. I needed only to attach the door handle to the door handle mechanism and use a small hex wrench to turn the internal screw to secure the door handle to the door handle mechanism. I would have never figured out that on my own and I very much appreciate the time Terry took to open a similar door handle product, review it and determine what need to be done.
