 + -1 moreI can always count on him. I know that he keeps the most up to date equipment. He is so cheerful and I don't think I have ever known him to have a bad day. He is very conscientious and has a great personality. He is always on time, but if he is running late he makes sure to call. Once, the power went out while he was working and he couldn't quite tell if it was clean. I called him and let him know it wasn't quite clean. He came right back to redo it for no additional charge. I think he is reasonable in his pricing, and that he knows his craft well.
Description of Work: He cleaned the carpets in the whole house. I use him about every six months or so. My house is about 1700 sq/ft and the carpets were heavily soiled.
