Troy was late but not intolerably so. Very polite and seems to have a strong knowledge of home audio and cabling. He did a thorough inspection and promised to get back to me with a quote within a few days. Sadly, that was the last I ever heard of him, which was over two months ago. I tried calling after a week, and did so for several more weeks, leaving many messages. Also reached out by email. I have had zero contact. Hopefully nothing terrible has befallen him, but this certainly isn't any way to run a business. I will be looking elsewhere for my A/V needs.

This guy was recommended to us by our neighborhood and this guy was great. His name is Troy Stoddard. He does everything to do with sound and entertainment systems. They do custom theater audio and video. Our association doesn't allow us to install antennas on the roof so he installed it in the little crawl space in between our ceiling and roof. We had great reception and nothing shows on the outside of the house. He plugged in the TV and took them off the previous connections. We have 3 TV's in our house and when he left all of them were working and all were working fine. He checked them all and it was great. He did something small for us but he can do big thing as well because he did for others. He was super prompt and he calls right back. He was in and out and did what he said he was going to do. I thought if I had any issues I thought I would have called him but I didn't have any issues.
