+ -1 moreJerry Hayward had everything done perfectly--no complaints at all. It looks beautiful, and the work was done professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!
Description of Work: Hayward Homes fixed my roof. It was designed in a stupid way, where snow was dumped at the front door. They redesigned it to make it functional and look as if it was originally built that way. Oh, they also added gutters across my garage at my request.

+ -1 moreThe home was already finished when we first looked at it, so I can't comment on how well going through the entire building process would be, though I can say the items that we had them add on on went very smoothly. We found Hayward Homes to be professional, reasonably priced and easy to work with. The home was warrantied for one year, and Jerry even stopped by the house prior to the warranty period expiring just to see how everything was going. The home was very well built and had many small details that showed pride in workmanship. We lived there for over 12 years and had no structural issues.
Description of Work: Purchased a home from this contractor, plus we added on several things such as a hardwood deck, a water softener install, and landscaping that we had Hayward Homes coordinate and organize subcontractors for.
