Happy Homes Maid Service

It did not work out well. They scratched my dining room table. They were horrible. I called and informed them about it. They came out the next time and they did the same thing again. They do not know how to clean floors they use the wrong products and I continued to stay with them thinking that it was going to get better. They told me to call them within 24 hours if anything is not up to my standards. They will not let the girls fix the problem while they are still there. It just seems like a weird way to conduct business. They will argue with the customer instead of fixing the problem.

I've been using Happy Homes for a year and a half. At first I was thrilled with their service. They always did a great job, were on time, and quick. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of problems with them lately and I am considering switching. They have been good about fixing things that have been damaged or broken, but they just aren't being careful in my house. -They scratched and damaged my microwave panel by using a brillo pad or something rough. This is a new over-the-counter microwave less than a year old. They are sending someone to replace it, but this seems like a basic common-sense thing that should never have happened in the first place. -I have Persian rugs, and the fringe and weaving on one was so damaged that it had to be sent for repair. I came home to pieces of fringe tucked under the carpet and literally pulled out of the rug. They were gracious about sending to be repaired from a very reputable shop, but I would much rather they be careful in the first place. -I have pets, and there have been instances where they put a pillow behind other pillows in order to hide the hair rather than clean it. -They have dinged my new coffee table by running into it with either a mop or a vacuum. Even though I have specifically requested they be careful when mopping, well, when I'm home I cringe a little because I still hear them banging against things. -Because of the problems, they said they would send the same people to clean each week that know my house and have more seniority. So far, it has been different people every week and still having problems.

I interviewed two other cleaning businesses. Their prices were all around the same. But the owner of Happy Homes was very good at just telling me what she offered and how much. I really liked her immediately. I found myself drifting in thought when the others were telling me their information. But Happy Homes Maid listened to what I needed and wanted and came through. If I ever do not or do want something else cleaned, I just call them the day before or leave a note to do what it is I need done. I have 3 bedrooms and only use 2 so they are down for cleaning 2 bedrooms. When guests are coming I have them clean the 3rd bedroom, also. I am very satisfied with this company.

I had just purchased a home and needed to do a cleaning from top to bottom to get it ready to be painted. The owner came out to give an estimate. She was very professional and explained in detail all that would be involved and also gave me some great information on general questions I had. The only reason I did not use them was because i was on a very limited budget and just could not afford it. I do not believe the price was out of line.

They are very punctual, and they do a very good job. They are very thorough. Their price is good for the work they do.
