I don't know about their real estate practices but as far as property management they are crooks. I just spent two hours reviewing their past billing to me. They claim to use third party vendors for repairs but usually it was their son who actually did the work, he caused further problems down the road. I think he was actually stalking one of my female tenants, we had a lot of problems at the same location and then his mother told me that he found this girl at 1304 very attractive. Now I knew. Padded bills, lousy accounting, bordering on fraud. STAY AWAY.
