My mother had water dripping onto her front porch and we thought it was a problem with the gutter. They came out and could replace the gutter BUT said it was the ice damns causing the leak. THANK YOU FOR THE HONESTY and letting me get ahold of my roofer.

Although I thought they did a great job, I was not completely overwhelmed with the customer service of the workmen. One was ok, not very personable and the other was sorta smart aleckey....they did not completely clean up after themselves and I found alot of very long screws and a mess out in front that came out of the old gutters. They came when they said they would and the finished product was great. The workmen, however could have used a class in customer service

Salesman misfigured the gutter needed on the original quote. He did split the difference in the additional cost. I specified that it needed to start 2 feet from the patio where the new patio cover would end. The gutter was about 5 inches short. They wanted to charge an additional $140 to make it right or they would do a diverter at no additional charge. I don't feel it's right for us to pay for their mistake.

On of the reasons I selected Gutter Helmet was because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed from beginning to end. The estimator was very thorough in measuring the job and asking question about my expectations. He showed me a great comparison of their product to the standard and the price was very competitive. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, but called ahead anyhow to let me know they coming. They did a wonderful job and left no mess behind. If you need gutter work, these are the guys to use.

Professional, The young man who did the work was outstanding. Arrived when he said he would and got right after it. Workmanship seems to be outstanding, very little foul weather to know for sure. Would highly recommend Jeremy for sure. Might have been a little pricey.
