Greco Hardwood Floor

Scott and his installer, Brad are very punctual, professional and do fine work. Dennis also works for Scott and is primarily responsible for sanding and finish. Brad is a true craftsman and takes care to do good work. This is the second time they've installed and refinished wood floor for us, the first time was in 2007. This time Brad removed the existing base in our 13x14 kitchen, then installed new white oak boards. Brad did an excellent job matching the elevation of the existing floor in the dining and entry hall so there would be no grade change or edge, also created an attractive threshold on the top stair leading to the basement. The floor was sealed with Glitza, and a water based-finish coat was used. I found some bits of debris in the finish. When I discussed this with Scott, he readily agreed to return and refinish. He returned as promised, on time, and the work was done quickly. The result is exceptional. In 2007, I called Greco for the first time following several good recommendations from others. Brad installed prefinished bamboo flooring in our 800 SF attic, and Dennis & Brad refinished the 70 year old oak in the rest of the house. They were always punctual and efficient. Brad's install work was very very good, the sand and refinish was pretty good. I think it says something that Scott doesn't have staff turnover and I recommend Greco Hardwood to others.
