+ 0 moreThey come out once a month in winter and fall. Here in Idaho, they don't come out once the sprinkler systems are turned off, but in the spring and summer they come out twice a month. We will keep on using them and keep on recommending them. They don't do the mowing. I guess you could safely say they do everything but the mowing.

+ -1 moreWe had a pretty good experience with this company overall, however, they burned about a ten foot circle in my lawn once so I had a big dead patch in the front yard. My wife wanted me to switch after that. We have been using a different company since and have thought recently about switching back. Forever Green was very helpful, personal and generally professional. It was disappointing that a professional lawn care company would make the mistake of burning our grass but maybe it was a one time thing. After using a national chain company for the last couple of years we have learned to appreciate the service of a local company. Maybe we will switch back and have a better experience next time.

+ -1 moreI have been with them for several years. They do good work. If I ever have any special requests they are responsive. They are always here when they say they will be and it is right around the same time and day each week which I find very helpful. When I have called the office they always seem to get the messsage out to the crew timely and they respond normally within the day or the next day.
Description of Work: I use them April thru October they come out once a week to do lawn maintenance and trimming.

Description of Work: These guys were great. Mr. Tyler came out promptly and gave a detailed estimate for several services we needed done. They cut down two trees and sprayed our lawn on two occasions.

+ -1 moreFriendly, professional workers. I told them I didn't have much to spend and was looking for minimally maintenance plan and they happily accomodated. Everything I agree to is done on a regular basis without my having to worry about it. With pets and many children in the neighborhood I was concerned about the safety of the materials used - they are very knowledgeable about this and use good, safe products.

+ -1 moreI did not direct the laborers to reduce the junipers to the height to which they were pruned. I requested that our junipers be pruned as much as possible while keeping the more “natural” look we’ve always requested, without ending up looking over-pruned or “butchered.” We were not advised by Forever Green that by reducing the junipers to the height they intended to prune them, it may result in their now unsightly appearance. We received no professional advice (until afterwards) that they do not normally “top” junipers, as they did. We were told by a Forever Green employee, after the pruning, that he “didn’t know if they’d make it.” Their obviously reduced health and poor appearance are the direct result of improper work. We were told the only person who could help us towards resolution was Forever Green president, Brian Pooley, but then he blatantly refused to ever communicate with us.
Description of Work: The improper, extreme over-pruning of several junipers on our property occurred due to the failure of Forever Green's estimator to follow through with his intention to meet with and to communicate his and our expectations to the employees who completed the work. The employee who completed the actual work on our junipers did not have the expertise to determine how the job should be properly completed according to our and the estimator's expectations and requests. We attempted on several occasions to contact the president of Forever Green, Brian Pooley, to discuss and resolve our complaint. We were told by his secretary that Brian did not intend to return our calls, nor would he communicate with us regarding our concerns. A representative from another local landscape company visited our property to give his professional assessment of our junipers' appearance and health. He said, "They will never look good again" and also that now we'll "just have to pull them out and replace them."
