+ -1 moreBranden, the owner of Easy's Repair Service, and I had a misunderstanding on work that he committed to but was unable to complete. When I called to discuss it with him he was combative and clearly stated he wasn't interested in my side of the story and that he knew everything he needed to know. He hung up on me. When I called him back he hung up on me again. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and from the owner no less. I would never recommend Easy's Appliance to anyone.

Description of Work: I took in a microwave oven for repair. They got to it the next day, and, after diagnosing the problem, determined that it was not cost effective to repair. Parts no longer available. No charge.

+ -1 moreIt didn't go. If the service provider never calls back after an initial visit and was supposed to order part...I call that a no go!
Description of Work: The provider was sent by GE to fix our brand new dishwasher. It needed a new sensor. The repair man said it would be about a week. I have heard nothing since the appointment, over two weeks ago. I have called and did not get a return call. I will need to contact GE to find another repair person.

+ -1 moreMr. Easy came over within in a few hours of my call. He took the dryer drum apart and retrieved the screw in less than an hour. I was very happy with the service.
Description of Work: The technician removed a screw from behind the dryer drum that had been left in a pocket when jeans were washed.

+ -1 moreAdvised that they didn't have a replacement in stock and said one would have to be ordered and they would call me to schedule the replacement. After a couple of week, I had to call them to check on the progress. I was informed by the person who answered the phone that it was on back order with General Electric and that it would probably be months before a replacement under warranty could be provided. I never did hear back from them after that.
Description of Work: Called Easy to get a repair on my GE dishwasher, which was still under warranty. Repairman came out and diagnosed the situation to be a failed electronic control panel.

Description of Work: replaced a diode in a over the stove microwave, i was ready to just replace it and they said let us look at it and they called the next day and it was fixed and way cheaper than a new one. note this was a rental property.

Description of Work: We called and explained that our refrig ran nearly constantly. Jim advised that the piston in the compressor was getting tired but that the unit might run for many months and maybe years before failing. He said he could not in good conscience charge to come to the house to tell us that. What honesty! We are going to go day by day, and when the refrig fails simply buy a new one. Jim did say that it would cost about $800 to fix the compressor which would be folly.
