Steven preformed the work very quickly. He was straightforward with me when it came to cost and offered many things other bigger companies upcharged. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to replace their roof.

Stephen Garcia, owner of Dynamite Construction, damaged my roof, and charged me $17,000+. He installed the roof in May, 2023 and it immediately started leaking in multiple places. I called him over 15 times and he came out each time, placed patches and promised the leaks would stop. The seams were unsealed, the roof material was buckled and uneven; and the edges were short, failing to cover the roof. He placed patches over patches, but my roof leaked at every rain. I put buckets under some of the leaks. I finally hired Silver Linings after consulting three different professionals who all advised replacing the defective roof. Garcia is judgment proof. I feel like a fool, being taken so badly by a con man. Beware!
