+ -1 moreUnbelievably poor service. All we had was a leaking flapper, and ended up going two weeks without a toilet, having to leave work four times to meet the repairmen, and in the end, having to have someone else come fix the toilet. The story of how this happened is long and ridiculous. Save your time, money and headaches and call someone else. I called the owner, feeling it was only right to let them know why I would not be using them anymore, but he did not bother to call me back.
