Dustin installed about 500 sq feet of tile in our home with a ditra heating system. I cannot recommend him highly enough: he communicated well, was prompt, timely, efficient, and was always willing to answer questions and provide expertise. Most importantly, the quality of his tile laying was unbelievable. Each grout space was identical, and the tiles we installed were of different thicknesses, so the fact that this large floor is completely level is a statement to his skill. What could have been a highly stressful project was smooth, timely, and impeccably completed. I cannot recommend more highly.

DJG tile is wonderful. He consulted with us on exactly how we wanted the edge and stop points to look, was supper detailed in his application of the tile, and produced awesome results. He was prompt and cleaned up really well. When the job was complete he gave us invaluable advice on the outlet and switch covers that easily saved us $100.00 in custom covers. Bonus: Dustin was fun to have around! We were more than satisfied and hope to have them back soon to tackle our master shower.

Dustin did a great job installing Kerdi-Schluter waterproof wall board in our newly re-constructed basement bathroom. He was professional, friendly and did quick work. I'm going to hire him again soon to install the tile in our shower.

Dustin did a great job with the tile. It looks like new shower and floor. He was polite, professional and dependable. He cleaned up at the end of each day. Dustin was also very mindful of cost and consulted with us as needed. He was also willing to make a few last minute changes. We will use him again for kitchen tile work.

i upgraded an apartment in ,y 1906 bldg and was just about ready to put it on the market when it became obvious that the bathroom floor needed replaced. Dustin came in his available time, laid a new floor above the old vinyl, bought the tile I had requested and completed the job beautifully and in a timely manner. Very professional and accommodating!

I hired Dustin to tile a couple bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen. However, soon after working with Dustin I began to ask him if he was willing and able to do many additional projects around the house. He is extremely knowledgeable about most home improvement projects, despite his specialization in tile work. Over and over, I have been impressed by balance of perfectionism with financial realism. In terms of tiling, he has routinely told me to pick out whatever tile I like most, and that he would "make it happen." And he has. He takes a perfectionistic stance with tile design and waterproof barriers, but also helped me save money on bullnose pieces by creatively designing a trim option. Further, he managed to save the glass door on my shower, despite many people telling me it was impossible. Recently, he even offered to pick up tile at home depot for me in order to save me delivery fees. While creating a shower nook, he sent me several photos of options while on-site in order to prevent my leaving work or being disappointed with the size at a later point. He even answered texts on weekends, completely unrelated to tile, simply to ease my mind about irrational construction concerns I had that I knew he'd help me answer ("Is this mold on the insulation of the house?"). Granted, I shouldn't have texted him on the weekend, but he was a lifesaver to help me answer some of those fears. I said I don't think we can raise the HVAC ductwork to make the ceiling taller, to which he responded, "Let me ask someone I know to come take a look at it; I think he'll be able to help answer that for us." Every step of the way, Dustin has been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, while simultaneously demonstrating his expert knowledge and skills in his field. I would hire him for most any project, and would feel comfortable with him in my home any day. I encourage everyone to hire him. Not only will you be amazed at his work and work ethic, but you'll appreciate knowing someone so wonderful in your life.

Job well done. Event though it is "just" a Laundry Room, it looks beautiful and we are happy. Dustin was able to start the day after we called him to tell him he had the job. He was always on time and when he was running late he would text such to give us notice. He was not the lowest bid. However, he seemed more and it turns out he was very knowledgeable about tile and tile installation.

As usual, Dustin's craftsmanship in laying tile is superior and the finished product is beautiful. We've experienced Dustin's talent on a couple of prior jobs and wouldn't think of using anyone else when we want quality tile work done.

It went really well. Dustin was a pleasure to do business with. He did a beautiful tile job. From our first meeting he told me to pick whatever size tile I wanted and he would make it work. The floor was sloped toward a drain. Another person who I wanted an estimate from only invisioned problems and never contacted me back with an estimate. I would whole-hardheartedly recommend Dustin for any tile project you might have!

We're very happy with the work Dustin did. He remove the bottom row of marble tiles and the entire old shower pan. He rebuilt using the Schluter system and then installed new tiling. The new tile is different from, but it integrated perfectly with the old tile. Looking at the finished product you would never guess it had been repaired. Dustin also laid a new marble tile floor. Dustin did absolutely beautiful work. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable about his trade. He was great about explaining his work, our options and job status. He kept the construction mess to a minimum and cleaned up every day. The work was done in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. He was great and we're thrilled with the results. I highly recommend him! We would most certainly use him again.

They did a great job. I love my new floor. It took a few days and he was on time expect for one day but he did call to let me know. The cost above was just for labor, I bought all the title and riped out the old tile floor to save money. The only complaint I have is that he tracked some black goop in from the outside (where he was cutting the tile) onto my rug :( Also I have called them for a couple of weeks now to have them come back and drill a couple of holes in the tile so I can put up a curved curtain rod. I told them I would pay them, but they are just too busy. I feel like once they have collected their money they are finished with me. They do not want to go the extra mile with customer service. That too bad. I need more tile work in my home! I put a yes in the "Would you use this provider in the future". I would have put MAYBE, if there was a maybe button.

Dustin was very professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. His work was excellent. The tile around the tub in the Master Bathroom is truly a work of art. Good job!

Working with Dustin from DJG tile was great and the end result he created was even better. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The entire way he went about the project was the exact reason why I wanted to hire a professional and ignored that voice in my head that kept saying "you could do this yourself". There are several things that Dustin did that showed his true professionalism: 1) The communication on when he would be onsite working was consistent and correct. 2) He listened to my concern about waterproofing around the shower area and went above and beyond on addressing it using the latest products. 3) When there was an issue with materials due to bad information from the supplier he made it right and did everything he could to make sure that it didn't delay the job anymore than absolutely necessary, which is all you can ask for. Oh and his skill in Tiling is top-notch!

Dustin has an artistic approach to every job he does. Each of the areas he tiled were done in a very attractive arrangement to enhance the appearance of that particular area. The bar area was cut in a shape to mirror the angles of the counter above and the tile planks are staggered and offset. The foyer required special preparation because of the inferior workmanship of 40 years ago. Dustin set the very large tiles on the diagonal with diamond- shaped cuts around the border. It's a real masterpiece. We've used Dustin's services before and there was no question who we'd call this time.....or any other time in the future. He's the best!

I'd describe the process as "fun." Dustin is very positive and agreeable and we felt like we felt like we had gained a new friend by the end of our experience. There were no disappointments or setbacks and it was a pure pleasure.

One of the reason's we went with Dustin is because he said he would work with everything we had already bought. This was great because I had no interest in trying return everything we had bought 2 months prior. He was very positive not putting down what we had already started but letting us know that he could finish what we hadn't done and correct a few mistakes we had made along the way. The project took just over a couple weeks and Dustin was fantastic to work with. Very communicative with details like when he would be there or if he would be bringing someone else in to help. Always cleaned up after himself and went about doing his work. Was very helpful when we had questions on tile, colors, grout and was willing to offer his opinion but always supported us in the final choice that we made. All in all it was a great experience and our bathrooms look fantastic.

I got his details through Angie’s list and I was very happy with him. He removed the old cocking, replaced it with new cocking and sealed it with grout. He is very good, helpful and prompt. He seemed to do a good work and I was very happy with him. The cleanup of the job after he finished was very good.

Dustin was involved from the beginning of my kitchen remodel. He helped me pick out the style and color of tile that complements my new granite countertop. He also recommended accent pieces of tile and designed the overall tile pattern. After the countertops were installed, Dustin came in to install the backsplash. The backsplash covers the space between the bottoms of the upper cabinet and the top of the counter; Dustin had to custom-cut the tile pieces to fit into the space. Once the tile was set, he grouted and then sealed the grout. Throughout the project, Dustin was very professional. He arrived on time, and finished the work according to the schedule he had given me. The final price was lower than originally estimated; based on our original discussions, Dustin had factored in more time for design and customization than was actually needed, so he charged me only for the time he spent. I highly recommend Dustin and his work.

I made arrangements for the initial visit to discuss options; Dustin was prompt and arrived with a book of photographs of previous work he had done to help me decide the features that I wanted in my shower. He was willing to share his professional opinion on tile choices when I ask for advice, and then custom-designed a tile pattern for me. The end result was more beautiful than I could have expected. Dustin was very conscientious about telling me when he would be working; he always arrived on time. He was very tidy, keeping the bathroom as clean as possible. He is the type of worker that I absolutely trusted to have in my home.
