+ -1 moreTold me to be ready to today between 8AM-Noon; no show, no call, called at Noon, agent put me on hold, another person picked up a few minutes later shouting at me (not realizing he was speaking to a customer) agent called my number saying we were disconnected, said they might be by later--REALLY?!

+ -1 moreIt went very well. The only hiccup on their part was they kept calling my phone (I was out of state) when I had clearly told them to contact my wife on her phone. It wasn't the end of the world since I could take the phone call and relay to my wife, but it might have been different if I hadn't answered the call.

I am happy with the gentleman that installed it and it has worked great ever since. I had a question after he left that night and he returned my call immediately although it was later in the evening and I appreciate that. They came out right away and the job was done quickly and professionally.
