Kent shannon was freaken awesome!! He was exciting, very knowledgeable and treated us like family. He showed us the window and explained every little thing to us answered our questions and helped us with the right product/purchase.

After fully measuring and assessing, Kent and Cody provided me with a full quote for a new roof for my home and garage. They were professional, genuine, and passionate about the company and their product. They went over completely all their services, options, and warranty. It was also explained that all DaBella subcontractors are fully trained GAF installers, ensuring the GAF warranty. The subcontractors were also professional and very responsive to any issues that arose along the way - and we did have a few. The process wasn't perfect, but having both the sub and DaBella responsive to our concerns and making any needed corrections, made the experience a very positive one, and I am happy with the result. I'm especially glad that I won't have to think about a new roof for decades.

Chuck came out was very informative and brought to our attention a couple serious problems with our roof. The roof is now installed and we love our new roof.

They spent two hours here and I know a lot more about roofing now than I did before they came. They were such gentlemen and tried their hardest to explain to me about roofing. They were not pushy told us what we needed to know and explained why we needed a new roof. Gave us options I am newly widowed so I need to talk with family before I can make a choice. Cody and Byron were great.

When Jason arrived at our residence, he was very professional and neatly dressed and presented a very professional imagine in which exemplifies Jason and DaBella Exteriors. No pressure sales tactics were applied, which in my mind is paramount to any sale. JASON went step by step enhancing the companies image, detailing all pertinent details as what, how, estimated when, and why. Jason's demonstration of what type of systems used, materials, comparison of materials, far exceeded my expectations. If this is how Jason Represents DaBella Exteriors, I'm sold. Looking forward to see the craftsmanship performed by DaBella, especially when Jason's technical know how, experience, and presentation rocked our world. Currently scheduled Roof Replacement for residence in Mountain Home. Working with Jason Archer to get started. When Jason arrived at our residence he displayed a very professional image which I automatically figured he exemplifies himself and Dabella Exteriors. No pressure sales tactics were applied. I believe this is paramount to any type of pre-sale transactions. The moment any type showed, all conversations would be terminated from that point on. Jason explained step by step, enhancing outstanding qualities of the Dabella Team and what services were going to be performed. Jason provided my wife and I a detailed, very professional demonstration of the different types of material used and comparisons of those materials which by-far exceeded our expectations. Automatically I knew if this how Jason Archer Represents DaBella Exteriors, we're sold. I had a great opportunity today to meet these two awesome guys Richard Kirkendall and Byron prochanow aka R & B! They are the best team ever, and we laughed the entire time they were here!!! Richard was so amazing he got up into my extremely hot attic and fixed a pipe that had come loose while inspecting my roof. Richard also fixed my dryer vent he even cane back the next day to caulk it !!! I would totally recommend dabella exteriors to everyone needing any repairs on their home. These two will leave your best friends and then you will invite them over for bbq’s!!!!!!!!!

After a bit of internet searching I decided to go with DaBella Exteriors for repairs after a wind storm, I was able to get an appointment (with time options) the next day with ease. Kent Shannen and Byron Prochnow were sent out to assess the work that needs to be done and arrived a couple minutes early for the appointment and were very friendly and professional with the entire assessment/estimate experience; from explaining the paperwork and required work to me, to double checking the information on the house, to examining the damage. While work hasn't started yet they were able to give me an estimate on when it would and about how long to expect it to take (given no unexpected complications) as well as walk me through what materials would be used and the warranties, discounts, financing, and charges for everything from the materials to the small distance fee.

Cody and Kent have been great. They explained everything in detail efficiently and completely. I would recommend them to anyone considering getting a new roof.

Zech Davis and Jason Archer done a real good job on presentation, tyler came by and asked if we needed a roof and we decided 2 o'clock and they showed up at 2 o'clock.

Chuck & Cody were on time (5/22/18) and that is important! Both were kind, knowledgeable and took the time to show and explain to me what needed to be done on my roof. I love that DaBella supports our military soldiers (all services). I do have an active duty soldier. Both communicated with me the next day with the status of my roof and now we are "good to go". Thank you DaBella for having Chuck and Cody on your team. Excited for DaBella to start!!

We have been working with Kent Shannon to plan replacement of our existing roofing material. He provided additional information as needed to help us understand the distinctions of the GAF system and how the project would be managed. The available time windows to complete the project were limited and Kent worked with the DaBella team to meet our requirements. We will update when the project is complete (eta July 14). Project started as planned and was completed ahead of planned schedule. The tear-off portion of the project is very noisy, and material ends up everywhere. Though Kent mentioned that the contractor (Aztec, Augustine Pereira) would use tarps, they did not. Had to remove several baked-on chunks of roofing from our Trex deck, patio and driveway. At the end of work, granules from the roofing were just blown around as opposed to sweeping or vacuuming. We spend time each day to make our outdoor living spaces usable for the evening. We would recommend getting such details written in to the contract. Gutters were to be cleaned after completion and were not until after I inspected (including removing a glove) and requested complete work. A bag of residual roofing material was also collected from areas around the house after project was considered done by Kent and the crew. Everyone was pleasant to deal with, but for the cost of the project, attention to details during the project and delivering on expectations set during the sale phase were found lacking. Finally, a small section of the roof had to be corrected that was not aligned properly that was found during inspection. The installation process and result was consistent with the GAF product information. The Aztec team was able to handle the complexity of our roof design. They executed install details with precision except for the one small area mentioned earlier which was corrected promptly.

Kent Shannon came out from DaBella Exteriors after contacting me through Angie's List. While we did not go with the bid he offered Kent was very friendly and professional. He was also very thorough in inspecting the roof, including going inside the attic space and taking photos. Afterward Kent was able to describe the GAF Roofing product that DaBella uses and answer any questions. I would feel confident that if we had accepted this bid we would have had a quality roof.

Byron Pronchnow was great to.work with. He understood all my concerns replacing windows and helped me problem solve how to get the job done.considering weather issues. I appreciate him advocating with the company on my behalf, so I could get things done just the way I.wanted.

Amazing!! I adore scott harris super professional,understanding, great listener and great with my kid!! Doesn't push at all!

The work hasn't been done yet. I will update once the work is completed. So far, the company has been very pro active in getting us all set up and making sure we are getting the very best price. They have been very flexible in waiting for us to get the down payment taken care of and have been in constant contact.

Richard Kirkendall has got to be one of the greatest people I have the pleasure of knowing. He went above and beyond what most service representative have done for us in the past. He made sure we could make and educated decision when choosing new Windows, doors and siding for our family home. He didnt rush us to make a decision and he made sure we were happy with what we choose. If ever we need work done on our home that he could help is with I would reach out to Richard first.

Geoff Buckendorf and Jake Deeble these young men were conversant about their company. They treated me with respect and consideration for my desires. The company provides many options and tries to meet my choice of colors. I am anxious to see the results.
