Went very well. Alan and Suzie who worked on the windows worked efficiently and kept the disturbance to us at a minimum. They took time to demonstrate how to use the windows and did the work in a timely and professional manner. The company sent representatives out at different stages of the install to make sure we were completely happy with the job. We are very pleased with the final result. The house looks great.

You'll notice that many of the reviews here are based on the sales pitch and not the actual value or quality of the work. That's because they offer discounts in exchange for reviews. We had two salesmen in our home for over three hours last night using high pressure tactics to sell us windows, and several times they offered a special discount if we would get online and review them right away. Of course, they said we could update the review after the work was done, but obviously most people never do that. So, take their ratings with a grain of salt. I would not recommend letting them into your home to do a sales pitch. They were not respectful of our time and used dishonest tactics, including a clearly rehearsed call to a manager to get "permission" to do an extra discount that supposedly they've never done before. They also used heavy-handed tactics like asking me whether my wife and the baby we're expecting are "worth" the monthly payment on their windows. And of course, they really didn't want me to say that I wanted to think about it, because they don't want you to have an opportunity to shop around. Once you do, you'll find that their windows are a pretty good product but not nearly as special as they claim, and you can get a better deal on something just as good elsewhere. In short, you can probably get good windows through this company if you want. I won't be buying from them because I don't think they offered that good of a deal, and I don't like what their sales tactics say about how they treat people.

Kent was very professional, was early, was friendly (but not pushy), and provided an honest estimate for our houses siding. He walked us through the entire process, showed us colors and helped us select the best product for our small house. He set up financing we could afford, and we were left very pleased with the discount he offered to us.

It went very well They handled everything from the demonstration to the bid, to setting up financing. They didn't pressure me and they took time to listen to what I had to say. I would recommend this company and these two representatives to anyone. If you need window, give these men the opportunity to show you their product. It is amazing!

We are getting our financing set up then they are coming back to do the roof and gutters for us. We are looking forward to get our roof done by them.

We met with the rep from Reve, Kent S and he was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the company and products they offer. We are having Reve do the siding-roof-gutters and can't wait to see the finished product.

Cody and Scott of Reve Exteriors did an extensive check of our current roof, both from on the roof and inside the attic, and took many photos to document its condition and trouble spots. They showed us the photos and explained in detail what it all meant. They were very professional and well-versed in the details and process of the Reve/GAF roofing system, and showed us samples of the materials that would be used. We were very impressed with the superior design of the Reve/GAF shingles and roof venting system, and also the generous long-term guarantee. They answered all our questions thoroughly, and did not pressure us. We decided to sign a contract with Reve for a new roof, chose our materials, and were told roofing would start in about 4-6 weeks due to Reve's current roofing schedule. We gave a down payment, and will add to this review once our job is completed.

The Salesman (Kent Shannon) was very thorough and informative. Worked through some financial obstacles. Still waiting for final financial closure. Put down a large down payment, however still having issues with a small bump in past finance history...

My salesman's name was Brandon and he was very nice and easy to talk to while also giving me a lot of knowledge about my roof and my windows. He took the time to explain the differences in the types of roofing and windows available, helping me make the right decision for what my home needs and what will last the longest. He made the experience very pleasant and wasn't the regular pushy salesman you find everywhere else. I absolutely love my new roof and windows, and am glad I made the decision to replace them through Reve Exteriors.

Landon Powell gave a very detailed presentation, and walked through the several points and characteristics of my own windows vs industry standard vs Reve Exterior windows. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered many questions to help better my understanding of what their products could do to lower my utility bills, and help the overall comfort of my home. I learned things I would have otherwise never known from the bigger box stores, and have a much better baseline to make a decision. He did a great job!

We were looking for a contractor to replace our roof. Reve cam out to make an appointment for an estimate and we had someone come out the next day. Kent Shannon came to do our estimate and was on time and very professional and knew what he was talking about. Kent looked at our roof and went onto the roof and looked around. He even took my husband onto the roof to show him what was going on and to talk to him about what we needed to do for our roof. They also went into our attic and looked around and showed us what was going on in there too. We had some mold from our roof not being properly ventilated. Kent explained to us how the roof they would put on would better ventilate our home so the mold would die. The products Reve offers have an outstanding lifetime warranty and it is transferable to the next owner! we were convinced by the quality of products and guarantee that we were making the rright decision by going with Reve!

The roof looks awesome compared to my beaten roof before. I love how it looks right now. The roofers who came to work on my roof was friendly and very professional. They cleaned up and ensure that I was happy with my roof. I would definitely refer this company to anyone who wants a top quality work on their house.

Kent and Christopher were quick and courteous about introducing themselves and their company. They gave us a background on their company and the services they provide. They did an estimate of our home and informed us about how serious the problems were with our siding. After the informative demonstration of their products and its benefits, we were able to reach an agreement and go through the financial aspects. They offered us a great deal that was impossible to resist and the greatest thing about it was the $3500 in free gutters that were included in the promotion. We look forward to the rest of the process and will update after this review after installation.

We found both gentlemen to be very personable and professional, giving us in a fun and interesting manner an education in window technology, installation, operation, and energy efficiency with a range of options to consider. We're looking forward to having our new windows installed!

A Reve representative was scheduled to come to our home to look at our roof. Let me say they were very, very thorough. They also went through and showed us where the damage was inside and out. Kent was very professional and kind. Then we scheduled another appointment to discuss price and their quality roofing. Kent was very upfront and honest that they were not the cheapest. In fact they were definite NOT cheap. It took about 2 1/2 hours to explained what they were going to do and what their product was about. We really didn't want to spend that much money on a roof but he just made their product sound amazing. Next was waiting on the contractor to come start the roof. That did not go smoothly. It took almost 4 weeks for them to even give the contractor our paperwork to get started. This was a bit frustrating to us. But once they got there it was smooth sailing from there. Aztec construction put the new roof on and fixed out back porch. A bunch of really great workers. Kent from reve checked up from time to time to make sure we were happy and everything was going smooth. All in all our house looks amazing. If your looking for cheap fast service do not go with reve. If your looking for quality I recommend highly.
