While I decided that their product was too good for my house I would recommend talking with them about your roofing needs. They are well trained with lots of knowledge about not only their products but even the competition’s products. They were great to work with and friendly!

+ 0 moreThe work has not been done as of yet. Kent and Byron, the sales people, were incredible. They answered all of our many questions and were very professional and friendly. It was not expected to take as long as it did, nor did it seem that long, but they ended up spending eight hours with us explaining material choices, taking measurements, and explaining financing options. If the installers are half as good as the salesmen, we will be very happy with the end result. There will be a further updates posted as soon as work progresses toward completion.
Description of Work: We are having five 14 year old contractor grade double pane windows replaced with triple pane Preservation windows and having our vinyl siding replaced with HardiePanel stucco. The work has not been done yet, but the salesmen, Kent & Byron, were professional, knowledgeable about the products, and very easy to talk to.

+ 1 moreWe bought our house knowing we'd eventually need to do some updates. We didn't expect that in the first year we'd need a new roof. However, after Richard Kirkendall and Jeff Kelly came to do our free inspection and estimate, we felt more at ease, and even triggered a home owners insurance claim. Feeling more at ease made it easy to move forward with scheduling our new roof install. Additionally, we asked Richard to come back to give us an estimate on the siding. Go big or go home, right? Again, we're moving forward with the siding and will have a while new - looking house soon! Thank you, Richard and Jeff!

Description of Work: I am having both a new roof and new siding installed on my home. This review is for the sales portion of the projects. I found the sales representative, Richard Kirkendall, to be highly professional and pleasant to work with. Richard got me the best deal on both projects and walked me through the process of selecting just the right products for my home by using automated design tools so that I could see my actual home with the colors and products I chose. I highly recommend Richard and REVE Exteriors LLC if you are in the market for a new roof and/or siding. REVE products are high quality and are professionally installed by contractors who meet strict manufacturer guidelines for proper installation. Because of my dealings with Richard, I have been looking at other REVE projects for future home upgrades.

Each time I called he was always in a meeting. Poor service out of that office. Sales person never checked on how the project was coming along.

They were both very polite and knowledgeable about their product. Their presentation was very professional and informational. Their tag-team approach allowed each to present information with no pressure being put on us to make a quick decision. Once we started talking cost, Chuck contacted his supervisor a couple of times before the “Kent sale” was completed. They gave us addresses for homes they had done so we could drive by and see examples of what they roofing looked like on a house. We are excited to see our home when it is completed.

Once our brand new roof with a 50yr + lifetime warrantee was complete their service and commitment didn't stop there! They made sure to clean up and remove all the mess left over from our old broken down roof, leaving everything looking great! Their customer service is always helpful and prompt especially when it comes to getting a response to any question or need asked of them. We are so pleased with Reve Exteriors and would definitely recommend them for any roofing needs big or small! I also hear they do windows which may be our next venture! Thank you Reve Exteriors!
