D N A CONSTRUCTION

Description of Work: My hardwood floor guy Esref (by the way very good contractor also) mentioned to me his best friend Aldine who could get me a good price on a new front door. So I called up Aldine and he came over to take a look. In the mean time my husband and I decided we wanted to replace all doors on the main level. My house was built sometime in the 50's, therefore each door is slightly different in size and height. Aldine would have had to alter every door to make it fit in my existing openings. This would have voided the warranty on the doors. So, we went with new casings also. I also decided to put crown molding in the living and dining rooms. We were already replacing all the baseboard after refinishing & carpeting floors. Aldine took the time to show me houses that he had done, gave me ideas on what types of casing, crown mold and baseboard I wanted. He even brought over a huge box of samples for me to look at. When we chose the front door and side light, Aldine told me not to worry, he would build a beautiful entry into our house. I've been in the construction industry for many years and have seen a lot of good contractors and a lot of bad contractors, but I knew by instinct in the short time I had been working with Aldine that he really would build a beautiful front entry into our home.
