Curbs 4 Less

Initially a Curbs 4 Less representative scheduled an estimate for a Sunday Morning @ 9am. No one showed up. I called and left a message when no one showed up by 11am. On Monday, we received an apology call and the estimate was rescheduled. A young man came out and provided the estimate. About a week later someone left a message scheduling our curbing job for May 27. I called and left a message confirming this date. I received a call a few days before confirming our install for Friday, May 27 and informing that while there was no way to give an exact time that they estimated that they would be to my home around 3pm. At this I asked if they can call a bit before they come because I have to pick up my son at 3:55 but would be home by 4:05. I sensed some resistance to this so I told him that if they showed up around that time I would work something out so that the job could be done. The day before I called and left a message asking if there was anything other than turning off the sprinklers that I needed to do. I recieved a call Friday morning before the install and was told that the only other thing that needed to be done was marking any sprinkler lines....I was then told that the crew was told to show up after 4:15 so that it would not interfere with my sons pick up from school. I told him that I would be home all day if they finished up earlier. Aside from 3:45-4:05, I was home all day. Long story short, no one showed up to complete the job and to date no one has called to even acknowledge that the appointment was missed. I called at 5 pm and left a message asking if someone was coming. No call back. While I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments have to be changed due to busy seasons, I find it poor business practice and inexcusable to not even call. Not only will Curbs 4 Less not receive my business but I will certainly not be recommending their services to anyone...they wasted my time.

We used Curbs 4 Less for our front yard. We purchased a foreclosed rental that needed some love, but ran out of energy before we got to the yards. The front yard was a priority a couple of years ago, and we happily called them back for the backyard today. They are quick and easy to work with, though it is the busy season and we had to wait a bit longer than we wanted after our initial estimate. We were spoiled from before being able to get a quote and have work done the same day. We knew we would wait for quality work though. Now that our projects are complete, we will likely not need Curbs 4 Less again. However, we will continue to recommend them to neighbors and friends.

They did an excellent job and came when they said they were going to. We were pleased with them.
