Crawfords Pest Control

On July 16, 2013, Crawfor'd technician came to the above residence and sprayed for ants, under the house. While he was spraying under the house, I was standing outside and could visually see a large amount of liquid coming out through the foundation vents. Two days later our renter began to complain of a foul odor. We went under the house and found several large puddles of standing liquid. We soaked up as much as possible, and began running a fan under the house to try to dry it out. Around July 26, 2103, I contact Crawfor'ddue to the smell continuing. Crawfor'd technician came out to the house again and sprayed more liquid under the house with disinfectant in it. He instructed me if the smell was still there in 2 days to call the office. Two days later the smell was still there. I contacted Crawford's and was told “your name will be placed on the board for a call back”. To date, I have received no call. We had to hire a local insulation company to come to the house to remove the visquine due to the excessive moisture cause by excessive liquid sprayed under the house, run a fan for over a week and pay to have new visquine placed under the house. Total out of pocket expense to me was $530. I sent a letter requesting Crawford's write off the $225.00 they were charging use. I received a letter back from Crawford's demanding payment, stating the service should have cost us $450-475. The letter was filled with lies (i.e., the garbage disposal caused the liquid problem under the house. EXCEPT the house has no garbage disposal) etc. Now I am paying Crawfords their $225 and having to sue them in Small Claims Court to recoup my $530, plus the $225.
