+ -1 moreFirst of all, I have never made an appointment ahead of time. The receptionist or a technician talks to you about the service you need. They then give you an upfront estimate and a time frame for the service. When the service is complete, they call to let you know your computer is ready to pick-up. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful. I am not a tech person and they always explained things clearly. I really have had nothing but positive experiences with them.
Description of Work: Over the last 2 years, I brought in my laptop and my husband's desktop computer to Computer Stop for tune-ups, repairs and software installation. A technician has also traveled to our business to try to assist us with internet problems.
