+ -1 moreMike called 15 minutes before arrival time. Arrival time between 8 and 10 was scheduled--he arrived at 8:05. He thoroughly tested all outlets and explained everything he was doing so that I can maintain the system in the future. Found that the vacuum had become disconnected underneath the house during a remodel this year. Waited for me to find the hose and vacuum head which my husband had moved outside to the shed because we didn't ever use it. Now I don't have to buy a new Dyson!

+ -1 moreThe initial contact scoped out the job and helped us to realize options where we could have the vac port relocated. He also helped us to realize how we could save cost be reusing some existing equipment. The worker came the next day and was very efficient in capping the existing port and installing a new port into a wall in a different location. Not only was Colby efficient in moving the port, we was quite thorough in cleaning up after the job. Thanks Coltrin for having quality people working in your organization.
Description of Work: During our home remodeling efforts, we realized the wall where our central vac port was located was being removed and needed it to be relocated into a different location.
