Prior to performing the work, Chris was detailed as to what work was required. He explained his approach for the particular job and if it would worth his time. He gives you the option to buy the necessary supplies and materials prior to and advises where to purchase them. For those wishing to do some jobs yourself, he would dedicate his time to advise and teach how to complete the job, a tutorial in effect. Hard working on the job, meticulous in his quality of workmanship and reasonable hourly rates. I learned quite a bit about plumbing during the process. Highly recommended.

Chris is as close as you are going to get to a knight in shining armor. By that I mean a person, who comes to the aid of another, in a courteous manner. If it’s late, you are cold and tired; you hear water running somewhere where it shouldn’t be, see water squirting in all directions … You don’t get upset or worried; you just know it is time to call Chris. He will find it, go where you sure don’t want to go to fix it, and there will be no extortion. His price, especially for the knowledge, quality, and peace of mind he provides, is more than fair. If this sounds a little over the top, when was the last time you found a plumber, and all around handyman that you knew you could trust? If you had, you wouldn’t be reading this would you?

The bid was a little low because he didn't realize the amount of wood that was damaged. Water had gone down a side wall. It took him an extra 10 hours of work to complete the project. He cleaned everything up and was carefull with my house. The house seems tight now and is staying warm in cold weather. There is no sign of any new water damage. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Chris was professional and punctual. I will definitely use his services again.

We discussed the work to be done on the telephone and set up a date. He called the day before to say he was very involved in a job, and needed move our date. We delayed it one day. He arrived and did the work. He works very hard and never stops to chat. He will discuss the work, but that's all.

He was on time, professional, efficient, and personable.

Did a walk through to show Chris the projects I needed done and made an appointment at 10:30 a.m. for him to start work a week later. He didn't show up for that appointment and didn't call to tell me know he wouldn't be there until the end of the work day. I gave him a second chance and set another appointment for a few days later. He showed up more than an hour late with out any notice at which point I let him know I needed some I could count on. He obviously doesn't think anyone's time is as valuable than his own and set my projects back a week and half. Very flaky.

He was very versatile and detailed. I didn't have to guide him through anything. He did a very good job and I was very impressed with him.

NOTE: $200 included the parts. He told me over the phone how much it would cost for the toilet and for the outside faucet - plus parts. He was very knowledgeable. Afterwards, he explained hwat he had done and showed me how to keep it better in the future. He is now "my" repairman!!

I ORIGINALY HAD CHRIS COME OUT TO FIX THE CEILING ON MY DINING ROOM AREA I HAD A LEAK FROM MY UPSTAIRS BATHROOM (THAT FIRST AMERICAN HOME INS NEVER FIX ) BUT AFTER TALKING TO HIM I LEARN THAT HE COULD DO MORE SO HE ENDED UP FIXING MUCH MORE BUT THE BEST PART WAS HE WAS ABLE TO FIX MY KITCHEN SINK YOU MIGHT THINK WOW A KITCHEN SINK BUT I HAVE BEING HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS SINK FOR OVER TWO YEAR I HAVE HOME OWNERS INSURANCE WITH FIRST AMERICAN BUT EVERY TIME I WOULD CALL THEM THEY WOULD SEND THE SAME PLUMMER SO THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER FIX RIGHT AND WHEN I CALL AND ASK FOR DIFFERENT PLUMMER THEIR ANSWER WAS THAT THIS IS THEIR PLUMMER AND YES I WAS OUT OF LUCK SO IF YOU NEED SOMETHING DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME CALL CHRIS HE WAS A GREAT HELP TO ME NOT ONLY DID HE FIX THE SINK BUT OTHER THINGS AROUND MY HOME

As usual, Chris did an amazing job! He knows how to fix just about anything and does it to perfection. Some bi-fold doors in my bathroom had not closed right when I moved in 6 years ago and I had had 2 or 3 previous handymen attempt to fix them, but it wasn't until I got to Chris that the problem was actually solved. His work is always perfect and he is willing to tackle any sort of problem. This last time, I asked him to move and set up a train set my husband had put together years ago. He always has ideas about how to get the job done. I recommend him without reservation (except, perhaps, that he will get too busy and hard to hire!).

He was very good and polite. He was very knowledgable about what he is doing.

Chris was very responsive. He came to the house to confirm the scope of services requested and scheduled a time to perform the work. Chris procured the materials for the repairs, even seeking out some hard-to-find items. He only charged for the materials used and returned the balance for his own credit. All of the work was performed professionally and efficiently. We would definitely use Chris again for handyman work.

I would highly recommend him. He did a great job all around. He responded in a timely manner. He probably could have sold me a lot more than he did. He said that wasn't necessary so he was very honest. He did a great job. I plan on using him again for any kind of plumbing that I'm going to need to have done.

Our experience with Chris Wright did not begin well, but it did end well. He arrived an hour late for our appointment and did not call to let me know he would be late. I fully admit that not receiving a courtesy call when a workman is going to be late is a hot button with me. When Chris did arrive he said he was delayed at Home Depot. I told him I would have appreciated a call to let me know he was going to be late. After that was said I showed Chris our problem areas and he got right to work. He repaired the problems quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. He explained everything he did and why he did it. I thought the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. My husband and I are very pleased with the work Chris did and would definitely use him again. .

Great success story here. Chris was willing to go up in the attic and identify the problem with the ceiling water damage on his first visit. Others guessed at the problem (wrongly) and wanted to come back another day to go in the attic. He is great with drywall and matched our complicated ceiling knock down texture well. He disassembled the complicated pocket door molding and repaired a construction defect that led to the pocket door failure. He left a way into the door if future repairs are necessary. Finally he made drywall repairs to the utility area and painted. He left no mess after any of these projects. I will definitely work with him again if a need arises.

I love him, he's great. We have used him multiple times. He responded quickly to our call and got the work done very fast. He did not mind explaining to me what he was doing while I watched him work.Chris is very pleasant and professional and it was just an overall good experience. I would call him for any handyman job I have come up in the future.

Returned call for appointment right away. Evaluated problem and gave me option to locate parts myself prior to his arrival. Older faucet cartridge was no longer manufactured, but his suggestions for sources proved successful. Parts sources also gave him complementary references. Arrived on time, pleasant to work with, extremely reasonable hourly rate. Restored faith in plumbers.

He was on time. He was friendly and professional. He did what he said he was going to do. He did a good job and I haven't had any problems since. There are no complications and everything is holding up right. Everything is good. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Chris's professionalism and craftsmanship are first-class, and he's great to work with. I'd had this list of minor (but annoying) repairs that needed to be taken care of for a couple of months now. Finally chose to call Chris, based on great Angie's List reviews. I'm so glad I did. He showed up when he said he would, explained exactly what needed doing, what it would cost, gave me great suggestions on which replacement parts/appliances to choose, and took care of everything on my list that same day. I especially appreciate his attention to detail and his skill at a broad variety of household projects will definitely call him again.

He's very thorough and follows-up well. He's kind of a miracle-worker who can educate himself and find out the best way to proceed with projects. He communicates well, informing the customer to have them aware of the proceeding.

I am having some tile done on my house and needed to remove fridge. As soon as I did, I noticed that the ice maker faucet leaked when turned off. I called a couple of people trying to find someone that could make the fix that day and I was lucky to find that Chris had time. Chris showed up even before the time he said he could and got right to work. He showed me where to turn of water if needed again and walked me through what he was doing to fix the faucet. Chris was super fast and only charged $30 and the price of the part. I gave him $50 and would call him again in a second. You do not find service like this. Worth 2x what he charges.

Excellent. Repairs were done professionally. All repairs were cjecked and re-checked to make certain that they were fixed. He was very meticulous and took his time, but his work was flawless and his price was very reasonable.

He was on time and got finished pretty quickly. He was polite and professional and did a great job .I will definately use him again. Very excellent work. Reasonably priced.
