Description of Work: Repair and replace fence posts, build corner shelf on fence, install new dryer outside vent, caulk it and hook up dryer remove and install two chewed door moldings loosen, move, screw, nail, and adjust garage to dining room door on latch side and scrape silicone caulk on thresh hold. Install steep pipe plug in back flow prevention pipe. Repair pipe where hot tub was. Install waterproof electrical box around fittings. Description of Work: Chris made repairs to two doors and replaced a light switch that wasn't working.

Description of Work: All my fire alarms needed replacement and some were hard to get at. I didn't want to mess with it myself.

Description of Work: You may have to wait a week or two (we did) to schedule an appointment with Chris but the wait is worth it. He replaced a broken bathroom ceiling fan, installed a grab bar, replaced a light switch in one bathroom and installed a motion sensitive light switch in another room, installed magnetic door stops (his idea to a problem situation), installed new doorbell, tested several outside lights and made recommendations.

Description of Work: Chris removed a damaged tile bathroom floor and all the sub-flooring for us. He then had Scott the tile guy replace the flooring. Both Chris and Scott did a good job on our floor. The floor looks nice and I'm confident that our toilet will not leak again because of Chris' efforts.

Description of Work: Did a great job finding a water leak, finding and repairing duct work problems, and a shower drain. He was very thorough in his work and explained everything he was doing.

Description of Work: my hot water hearter started leaking from the inlet valve. we went around to home depot and lowes and a few other places to see what it would cost to replace and with parts and everything we were looking at around 950.00. so I hopped onto here and found Chris. placed a call to him and he answered. he tried to help us fix it over the phone but in the end the problem was a rusted out seal on the water heater so there was no quick fix. so he told us what to go and buy and scheduled a time to come out. he did a great job on fixing the problem. all in all with the new water heater in place and now a drain pan under the new one all is going great. in the end it only cost us aboutj 550.00 to replace it all so he saved us some money.

Description of Work: Was easy to setup appointment to get estimate. Ended up not using his services and just cutting down the trees myself but he was very personable and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to go to him again in the future.

Description of Work: Chris has installed a window air conditioner and done some electrical work at my home. All of his work was done on the date promised and done very well. I was able to ask him about a couple of other projects I had in mind and he gave me good advice. He has also done work for my daughter (water heater). She was given the wrong diagnosis of the problem by a plumbing company and told that it would cost $650.00 for the repair. Chris came and fixed the real problem and charged $150.00. Chris is a very competent and thorough professional and extremely fair in his pricing.

Description of Work: I hesitate to say too many good things about Chris Wright, because I want to keep him for myself. He repaired my tub faucet and installed a garbage disposal. He also made a few minor adjustments to my sink. He was timely, courteous and fair.

Description of Work: Chris was very informative and professional. He was very honest and didn't treat me like a dumb woman that didn't know anything. His price was very fair and he was quick and punctual. I had an awesome experience and will defiantly hire him again for other projects.

Description of Work: For an estate, Chris re-plumbed two 1970's external hose bibs to meet code. Involved running new lines through crawl space under house and installing new freeze-proof hose bibs.

Description of Work: Chris was able to do a wide variety of work. He ripped out old carpet from the entire house. He prepared floors and walls for painting. He ripped out and fixed plumbing around the water heater and in the bathroom. He replaced the vanity and toilet in bathroom with all new plumbing. He laid new vinyl and trim and painted the bathroom.

Description of Work: I bought an older home that was built in 1949. After I moved into my house, I called Chris to work on some issues that needed fixed. Chris repaired a mis-wired disposal, dishwasher (--re installed the dishwasher so that the kitchen drawers in the adjacent cupboard could open and close), water heater--replacing wiring and fuses to the proper size, repaired leaky fixtures on the tub, and even unplugged a nasty clog in the bathroom sink. Chris grounded some electrical outlets in the kitchen, and fixed a cupboard drawer that fell apart. He also hung window blinds and cleaned out the gutters of my "new " home and installed a dog door for my pets. Mr. Wright even took time to measure the dogs to make sure their door was placed at an optimal and comfortable height for my geriatric pups. One a Sunday, the lights started flickering in the house and Chris responded immediately to assess the problem. He diagnosed the situation quickly and accurately; and then replaced a faulty main circuit breaker efficiently and without delay.

Description of Work: I woke to a leaking toilet and couldn't get it turned off. Mr Wright came in a timely manner, turned off the toilet (instucting me politely while doind so), went to store to buy part for toilet, installed the part, reviewed steps to be taken if ever happens again. Then he gave me further hints on trim repair in the bathroom for when everything dried out. I was very impressed. Since he seems to be a jack-of-all-trades, I keep his number handy in case I need someone for household repairs again.
