Dave Velaguez did an excellent job on the excavation and concrete work. Stan Oliva was very thorough in explaining the procedure and the cost. David Sherman's crew Brad and Ben worked well as a team and made sure everything fit just right, and David was always available to answer questions. They also installed my PTAC (heating & cooling) unit at no charge.

I did not know they were going to able to put one in because I have a manufactured home. The persons came and explained what was going to happen. He installed a double glass door with a doggie door built in. The day the guy came, he came in his own car. He needed a special took because it was customized job. He never complained and pleasant to work with. I am so pleased how it turned out and that I got the door. The door has double locks with double pain, I do not feel the cold. I feel completely safe. If I ever move the door is going with me.

From estimate to completions, all tasks were done professionally, timely with a very good product, their windows. Installers were timely completing the project on time, including their clean up.

They are wonderful people. We had the 10 windows installed between 2005 and 2007. We did have a problem with them when they were first installed, so we called to have them come out to see what was wrong. They took care of the issue right away, and even had to replace some windows due to the issue. They have also come out multiple times to replace ripped screens, which is covered by the lifetime warranty. They are very friendly and professional. They treat you like an individual and with respect. I always recommend them to every one. The are great to work with.

Our experience was excellent from the day we received the bid to completion. Though the price initially seemed high, after living with these new windows and doors for a while now, the quality of these products is truly an example of you get what you pay for. Our installers were experienced and absolutely the best. Factory representatives were on site several times.

Their price was three times as high as anybody else’s. They never gave any written quotes, and I am so sure that if you go further they still won’t give you written quotes. They keep dangling you and changing the price and stuff so, I just dropped them. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Their representative, Michael Walker, arrived on time with three or four huge rolling bags/carry bags and a laptop computer. He gave a demonstration of various window products using a heat lamp to show heat conduction. I wanted to replace a French patio door that is glass and steel and conducts a lot of cold through it in the winter (and not what the building contractor said it was). He arrived at 3 p.m. and after 5:30 p.m. he was still pitching their products. It was when he got to the part about "I'll give another 5% discount for referrals" and his comments about how referrals were a slam-dunk "average sale of more than $7,000 at every one of them" that my mind totally clicked off. He went on and on about how he had developed this incredible marketing program for the company and they were just going to be making piles of money off this idea. The attitude was outrageous!! I would not have given him anyone's name at that point even if my cost had been "discounted" to zero. The price he showed me after a whole bunch of scribbles in pencil on tablet paper was over $7,500 for a 6-foot patio door and two half side windows. More than three times higher than everyone else in the area I have talked with.... THREE TIMES!! When I told him that was way outside my budget for the project, and didn't immediately accept his "alternative" price, and asked if he had a regular bid or estimate form for me, he mumbled something about having to re-enter or ? things in his computer. It was after 5:30 p.m. and I was starving. When I mentioned the time saying I needed to eat and asked him to just email the bid/estimate to me he loaded up his bags and was out the door in about five minutes, saying he would mail the document to me. I haven't seen it, and highly doubt I ever will. I highly doubt they even have a regular estimate/bid form, or it seems he would have used it. I had already told him, very early in the conversation, that I use Angie's List and report both good, and not good, products and services to Angie's List. Seems he doesn't listen to potential customers at all !
