I've been using Capitol Pest for several years. I am continually pleased with their service and their kindness. I recently had my rental debugged, and asked Christopher to come back as we had more bugs appear. He is a delightful person! He is thorough, has a quick smile and has a joy about him. Bob, you got a keeper!

Joe at Capitol Pest is amazing. His communication is above and beyond - he texts the night before a visit, when he arrives at my home to spray and when he leaves. If I happen to be home, I always learn fascinating tidbits about the bugs. And, if bugs appear in between treatments, Joe comes over within a day or two to take care of them. I trust these guys completely as they've taken excellent care of our pest situation for years, and I recommend them all the time.

Bob is an amazing person as is his wife. I have an ant problem he is working on and his initial visit was after hours at no extra charge. He explained everything so I know what to expect and wouldn't take payment till we saw some results. If there were ten stars I would give them that rating. If you have a problem make them your first call, any one else will only be second best. Thanks Bob you are keeping my wife from "BUGGING " me.

Tech was on time and did thorough spraying. They did not require signing a contract for their services but if we liked their service they do offer a spraying program. Would use them again

I found some little bugs under the bed when I was cleaning and immediately freaked out at the thought that they might be bedbugs. I put them in a container and called Capitol to see if someone could identify them for me. They said to bring them in to the office and one of their experts would take a look. When I went in, the receptionists were very nice and sympathetic to my concerns. A bug expert happened to be right there. He took one look and identified the bugs. They were not bedbugs. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The best part was that as I was leaving I said, and quot;So you're pretty sure these aren't bedbugs?and quot; and he said, and quot;I'm 100% certain.and quot; That's what I like to hear. There was no charge for this visit. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Capitol.

Called Capitol Pest Management. The tech. showed up the next day and assessed the property. and quot;one of the worst infestations I have seenand quot; was the observation of the tech. The tech began cleaning up the mess that evening after school was out. Returned the next day before school opened and completed cleaning up the all evidence of the infestation. That evening he treated the entire building inside and out. He returned the next week to check for any evidence of return of any spiders. Then checked for any rodent activity - found evidence, found the entry point and blocked it and put out bait stations. To date there has been no re infestation. Capitol Pest Management is thorough, honest, reasonably priced, competent and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend them. I now use them for our home and have recommended them to other friends/businesses.

So far so good. I am going to keep an eye if the moles reappear.

Very well. No complaints about service

We originally called to see what could be done about the household spider invasion we were experiencing. Bob explained to us what he could do to keep them from coming in the house, which we agreed to....again and again! We usually have them come once a year and we couldn't be happier with results. Another time wasps decided to establish their central headquarters in our hollow fence...we protested, but the darn things persevered! When it became evident that we could not maintain a friendly coexistence we called Capitol to help, which they promptly did. The wasps were persistent, but Bob and company bested them. They have always been prompt, professional and easy to deal with. We'll continue to use their services and happily recommend them to others.
