We called in the morning, and the person who answered told us they had a cancellation for that same morning. The repairman arrived at the promised time, and was able to quickly diagnose the squeal coming from our air conditioner. He left for parts and returned shortly to complete the work and verify the conditioner was working properly. The air conditioner has been working through several weeks of 90-plus degree weather with no further problems. The only issue was a snafu with processing our credit card payment, which did not show up on our bill that month. When we followed up with the billing office, they told us they had recently switched over to a new billing service, and that has since been resolved.

Came out same day and installed water heater. No problems always prompt and courteous.

On the week of July10th it had been in the 100's and the fan on our furnace seized up. I called Capital City Heating and Air Conditioning about 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 10th. Michael came out about 2 hrs later and checked everything out. He said the fan motor was shot and there was a crack in the heat exchanger box. Gave us the option of replacing just the motor which would get us thru the summer, but would need to replace the furnace in the fall as the crack would pose a carbon monoxide threat. We went with the new furnace. He sent someone out with a portable air conditioner for us to use until they came out the next day to replace the furnace. (Thank God or Michael we would have never been able to stand the heat.) His workers showed up on time, put in the new furnace in about two hrs. cleaned up and hauled off the old furnace. Everything's working great will definitely call them again for any heating/ cooling/water heating problems!

Went smoothly and we are happy with the result

They are okay. They did pretty much what I needed them to. My experience with them has been positive. They may not be the cheapest but they do good work.

They performed the service in a prompt and professional manner. They arrived when promised, did the job and completed it on schedule About six months later we had a problem with the pump used on the steam humidifier--it wasn't installed correctly and failed. They came out an replaced it correctly this time at no cost to us and were very apologetic about not installing it correctly the first time. I would defiantly use them again in the future.

Do geta second opinion on any major expenditure. Do call Capital City!

A/C coil was damaged beyond repair... options presented to replace just coil exchanger or to replace the whole 25-30 yr system.. I opted for the later.Very personable service.

Our A/C went out in July and we got bids from six local companies. From those, we narrowed it down to three, one of which was Todd's. Their bid was right in line with the other two, but we liked the product, the responsiveness and the thoroughness of the salesman making the bid. He crawled under the house (yikes) and took a good look at what didn't work with our old system. The installers were prompt and professional. My only quibble was that the A/C unit had a dent in it and they were going ahead with the installation. It turned out to be serious enough that they got another unit. All the equipment is just as described and we have been very happy with it.

Our antique air conditioner gave a last gasp on a Friday night in July. We took time to go through a lengthy bidding process--we contacted six contractors--and ten days later had a new system. We replaced the furnace and a/c at the same time. Out of those six contractors, three were great but Todd's had the edge because they could install quickly. They were out early Monday morning, took care of all the problems that come with installing a system in an older house and had everything finished by late afternoon. They were thorough, prompt, courteous and ethical. They did everything on the bid for the price that was quoted. The best compliment I can give is that there were no surprises.
