BROTHER'S MAINTENANCE

Looking back on it, I paid way too much for the work. The first project was cleaning the yard. They did great and completed that project. It went downhill from there. They had over 2 months to measure for and replace all of the screens in my house. It was finally completed and the last screen looks like a 6 year old did it. I was out of town and had received a letter saying that all screens have been completed and installed! They did replace some dry rotted wood (2 pieces of T&G) but neglected to stain and seal it. The monsoon rains could have ruined this untreated wood. They replaced my dryer vent tube on the inside of my house, not the one in the crawlspace that needed it, and in the process the tube in the crawlspace was dislodged. The inside tube was way too long to be effective and was simply placed over a hole in the wood floor, not clamped or sealed. I had a home inspection done, which was the point of hiring these guys to get ready for. I had many bad marks on the inspection thanks to their unprofessional work. Before the inspection, I tried repeatedly to contact them to finish the work with absolutely no response. They would say they'd be here the next day and not show up or call. They are unprofessional, completely unreliable and I would not recommend them to anyone.
