After getting the run around from other window places and handymen for literal months I called up window medics and had it quoted within a week. Waited one more week for the glass and it ended with a clean 20minute installation. Workers were kind, clean, and professional. If I ever need another job done you can bet Iâ ll be calling Window Medics 1st. Job details: window replacement of a 3rd story swing out window. Old, broken, and moldy window pane replaced and carried off by workers after completing the job.

I was quoted a price over the phone to repair my window. When the gentleman came out to measure and order parts, he said that with the existing parts that I have he could repair it on the spot. He was here about 15 minutes and said that the parts are old and should be replaced in the future. he said, call me if and when the window goes out again and he would be happy to come out with the correct parts. He then shook my hand and said there would be no charge. He was a true gentleman, and he knew exactly what to do to correct my problem . I will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. We need more businesses like this.
