Jose, came out the day before thanksgiving.. so with the holiday it took a little while to replace the glass.. I couldn't be at the home on a Friday when glass was ready but I was under a time crunch because the home was going on the market on Monday. Jose came out on Saturday and put in the new window and frame. Thanks so much for meeting my selling deadline! Great Customer service.
